"Get smart - A powerful tool for Modern procurement"

What do you like best about GEP SMART?

As a user I could say it is a very good tool for procurement and supply chain, it combines many functions into single platform which makes it more efficient to use. Their Ai features are very much helpful which provide more insights for better decision making,even support and tranning are available to help with using the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GEP SMART?

Sometimes it gets difficult as there are limitations in customizing the platform to fit very specific need or processes also when it's comes to pricing it cost higher premium as compared to the other in competition, and for new user who is using for the first time requires time & training to fully understand it's features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GEP SMART solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides tools for tracking and improving supplier performance, which leads to not only stronger supplier relationships but also better negotiation outcomes. Best thing about it which I definitely like that it centralizes procurement and supply chain functions, reducing the complexity and time spent managing these tasks. keeping all the contracts in one place making them easy to manage and access, it also identifies potential risks or non-compliance issues before they become problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
