how it is so incluvie, collaborative and easy to use as comapered to it's other online couter parts. Participants can collab tpgether and work on a project together in real time . Customer support is amazing and there are numerous documents available to figure stuff out. Its easy to use , just as quick as typing it in google and opening it very easy to implement. I also agree with the temporary editing functionality in GDocs that allows real time sharing of the document. I also found a way to edit documents with other colleagues in real-time which was often beneficial when working with a cross team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The drawback for me is the absence of the effective offline features, on this option. It is possible to format and edit the content only to a certain extent, changes made offline have to be made online afterwards, which may be rather inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside of Gdocs as far as my experience is concerned, is how Google docs files tend to slow down when editing or working on very large documentations , especially those with a lot of illustrations.
