The functionality I saw (and our leadership saw) during the sales demos is exactly what we received at Go Live. The tool itself looks easy to use and actually is easy to use. We are able to quickly search for active contracts, not only in the Gatekeeper record, but also in the contract PDF itself. Gatekeeper is a very easy to use tool which takes very little initial set-up. It's a low code product which enabled someone like me with no real experience to configure our system and get us up and running very quickly. Using the tool has helped grealty increae our maturity and understanding of our Vendors and Vendor contracts and there are new features being developed and which have been rolled out which are helping to have a one-stop shop for everything Vendor related. At times there have been smaller areas such as minor fixes which improve functionality but have taken a while to implement. There is a user voice section, but some smaller items seem to be obvious wins (Admins being able to delete records, how to trigger a renewal and maintain existing information, selecting contract owner through the workflow etc.) which should be considered separately. Gatekeeper has been a lifesaver for our company. We’ve used them for over three years, and the service and functionality have been exceptional.

Gatekeeper system - we doubled the number of monthly contracts executed even with a smaller team managing it. The workflow transitions and features are easy to configure, and the automation streamlines the entire process for our internal owners and legal team. Exporting the data and the ability to upload changes in bulk when needed is beneficial. Gatekeeper has reduced internal emails, significantly increased efficiency, and is a contract repository across the company and departments.

Gatekeeper service - you cannot beat Gatekeeper’s responsive and helpful team members. We enjoy working directly with Melanie M. as our Customer Success Manager. She is absolutely the BEST – it is easy to book meetings with her, and she always follows up to ensure we have what we need (and sends short videos to help answer our questions). We also work with Mark P. as our Account Executive, and he is fantastic to work with. Gatekeeper does not nickel and dime customers like other vendors. No complaints. Gatekeeper continues to roll out system enhancements, so any improvements we initially requested have been implemented (like the Admin control features, DocuSign integrations, etc.). Customability for example: ability to amend each workflow phase to have different notifications, slas ect

Ability to automate example: automatic links sent, logic to bring in different approvers based on custom data, ability to change status' between phases

Customer support: the CSM team are available whenever needed and deal with escalations and issues in a timely manner

Creditsafe reporting is not static but continuous which helps highlight any risks and manage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting feature is very basic, we will have to integrate with another tool to pull data from Gatekeeper. This could be fixed by using a dashboard

Unable to duplicate phases, we have multiple workflows with similar phases. All logic has to be done manually multiple times which is time consuming and allows higher chance of human error

Unable to store documents via the tool, we have lots of training material we have created which we need to store locally rather than the ability to store in the tool

Unable to add multiple vendor emails to one card.

User configuration is very complicated, all user configuration is solely based on contracts so if a vendor does not have a contract users do not have access to add comments.

Data importing can be complicated and difficult for companies that do not use google as their platform. For example, we complete data entry in excel then have to copy and paste into a google sheet to re-download and upload again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly and the Gatekeeper team is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to assist the team.
