I've used a number of QBO data extractors in google sheets and G-Accon is the best of the bunch. The prebuilt reports are great, but the customization of reports, refresh rates, and pricing really set them apart from the rest. The best thing about G-Accon is its integration with Quickbooks Online and Google Sheets. We no longer have to manually pull data from QBO into our Google sheet to create useful management reports! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User interface. We are using G-Accon as an extension in our Google sheet and we find it hard to navigate the interface. Not all the reports from QBO are in G-Accon and not all of the reports from G-Accon are computing properly. An example would be the Custom Accounting Report for Budget Variance. G-Accon is an excellent tool to add to your advisory arsenal. Gone at the days when you had to create macros or use VBA create almost real-time reports. Downloading client data from QBOis a breeze and a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The formatting for reports (especially basic summary financials like the P&L) is essentially nonexistent which can make it difficult to read and sort through data.
