While LiveFlow is an incredibly powerful tool, one area for improvement could be its integration with some third-party platforms outside of QuickBooks. The instant connection that LiveFlow creates between Quickbooks and a google sheet have been so valuable to our team. Our ability to make adjustments in Quickbooks and immediately refresh the reports to show the change is amazing. It helps us input feedback immediately during a call as we review reports, saves from miscommunication or lack of follow up from the old manual report method. The one difficulty about documents that auto refresh is that the version history becomes nearly impossible to navigate. LiveFlow did help this significantly by offering the option to refresh daily rather than just hourly. However, even daily it can become difficult to find a prior version after enough time. LiveFlow has been a game changer for my company and clients. It's impressive for multi-entity reporting, providing ease and access to information, and automating workflows. Within weeks of implementing the system, our company has been able to automate internal workflows, streamline client communications, and eliminate some workflows altogether. We are getting a 100% ROI on every minute spent in LifeFlow in improved productivity. To date we've eliminated the equivalent of a FTE across the team with automated reporting and have several additional projects to complete with LifeFlow that will yield similar savings. Access to a reporting platform like LiveFlow has redefined how we structure are team and what positions will have to be added as we grow. We were live instantly on the platform and able to immediately incorporate the reporting tools into our processes with minimal training. The user interface is a dream; it is very user friendly and designed for an easy transition from the QBO reporting platform. The customer service team is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. As my controller says, "I've never had someone tell me yes, the system can do this, so many times." I like LiveFlow's ability to integrate with QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets. It provides live data linked to QBO and custom reporting for monthly and ongoing management reports. This integration makes it easy for us to pull QBO reports and data live into a format that can be manipulated for easy client consumption. It's a system that's easy for us to use, and clients are familiar with Google Sheets, which is a big plus. Also, the initial setup of LiveFlow was pretty easy. I like the account mapping feature, which is easy to use and very intuitive. It can be used in either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, which makes it versatile. I mainly use LiveFlow for consolidations, budgeting, and general financial reporting. Once the reports are set up, it saves me hours of work each month. I really like the ease of use; the user interface is simple and easy to navigate. The mapping tool makes creating consolidated reports much easier. It's powerful because we don't have to standardize all charts of accounts across all entities being consolidated. The drag and drop method is simple and intuitive, and we don't need to spend a lot of time learning LiveFlow because the interface is so simple, which also saves time. The setup was a breeze. I hope they add soon the ability to run a QuickBooks Online canned year over year report. The Year to Date and Month to Date reports in QuickBooks Online are reports we use very extensively, and currently a prior year report and a current year report have to be combined into one report to view the year over year comparisons. This is cumbersome and time-consuming. Adding the year over year comparison report to the available report selections would save us even more time. The price point is a little high. I like how LiveFlow allows me to separate management reporting according to the departments in QuickBooks, which helps include costs in operations departments as Cost of Goods Sold and other department costs into Operating expenses. I also appreciate the ability to set up new account consolidation points, making our management reporting simpler and better. The flexibility to change consolidation and account mapping is outstanding, as it lets me move expenses seamlessly between reporting buckets to fit my current reporting needs. I like the tool but I wish it had the ability to generate standard year-to-date or Quarter-to-date reporting cubes that could be leveraged for standard reporting. I also wish it could generate reports on a TTM Basis (Trailing 12 months). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using LiveFlow to automate financial reporting data in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for my accounting clients. I use LiveFlow to produce quicker and more flexible reporting using our QBO data. I love that it lives in Google Sheets, just like me, and the implementation was extremely fast. A big part of the appeal of LiveFlow was the ability to quickly generate a 13-week cashflow projection. The cashflow projection sheet that we reviewed in the demo was pulled from the templates between the demo and our launch. The implementation team shared it with us with the caveat that it was pulled because it didn't work that well, or was giving inaccurate predictions.
