What do you like best about Fyle?

Using Fyle has completely transformed the way I handle my expenses. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate from the moment you log in. One of my favorite features is the text message photo capture—just snap a picture of your receipt, and Fyle takes care of the rest! No more hunting down old receipts or manual entry. The submittal process is equally smooth, with clear prompts and reminders that help ensure I don't miss a step.

Compared to other expense tracking tools I've used in the past, Fyle truly stands out. It feels like it was designed with the user in mind, and its intelligent features make expense management faster and less stressful. Fyle’s seamless integration of features saves me time and keeps my expenses organized, something I struggled with in previous software. What do you dislike about Fyle?

What do you like best about Fyle?

We previously were using excel spreadsheets and emailing dozens of PDF and png receipts as part of our expense report process. I now can easily snap photos on my cell phone or use snipping tool on my PC to clip and attached those images directly to the transactions. This has saved me considerable time each month. What do you dislike about Fyle?

The inability to save your progress when you don't have a receipt yet is frustrating. I can understand not being able to submit transactions but should be able to save your progress while also making receipt submission mandatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fyle?

We switched from using Expensify to Fyle and it has been a great experience. As someone that travels weekly for work and has a lot of expenses it can be a lot to manage. With the ability to forward, text or upload receipts through the app it makes it a lot easier! I love that I get a text message everytime I do a charge as a reminder to send the receipt! What do you dislike about Fyle?

Occaisoanlly I will have to refresh the page, to get the software to do the action I need it to do. I will click and nothing will happen, I refresh the page and then it works right away! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fyle?

I love how it tracks directly from my card, this way I don't have to keep track of every purchase I make to ensure I submit receipts. It's really nice to have an accurate list I can refer to. It's also nice to be able to take pictures of my receipts right away, so I don't lose them. The app is easy to use- the "to-do" list is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyle?

It's a little tedious to split my transations, since I have two different business groups and many different codes for each transaction. What do you like best about Fyle?

The most valuable function on Fyle is having it connected to my phone, so the moment I charge my card, I get a text asking for the receipt. This helps me to stay on track in submitting my expenses instead of having to collect them at the end of each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyle?

The app sometimes glitches when I click submit, and instead of taking me back to the home screen, it looks as though it wasn't saved. I have to exit out of the receipt submission, and it tells me my changes aren't saved, but then when I back out to the homescreen, it did actually save. I'm not sure if this is a problem with my particular phone (samsung 24) or with the app itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fyle?

The ease of texting in photos that are matched to expenses saves a lot of time. The pre-coding of expenses in a dropdown menu are nice. It's a very easy and intuitive product to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyle?

I wish that it was easier to complete an expense from the text message function. It's easy to load a photo and Fyle will match it, but I wish coding it and providing the "Purpose" was easier. Also, I wish Fyle didn't create a duplicate expense when you submit a receipt with a gratutity on it because the full amount hasn't posted yet on the back end. What do you like best about Fyle?

I hated keeping up with reciepts and having to remember to fill out expense reports and then the reminders came from accounting. We switched to Fyle and I'm no longer accounting's problem. Fyle makes it so easy. Every time I use my card and Fyle sends you a text message immediately. Snap a picture of the reciept (no more keeping up with them), describe the expense and DONE! What do you like best about Fyle?

Love being able to take a picture of my receipt and have Fyle automatically upload it and connect it to the transaction with Fyle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyle?

There are times though where I will take a picture of my receipt and Fyle is not able to attach it to the correct transaction and automatically creates a new transaction which I then have to go in and delete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fyle?

The integration with SMS contact and how quick that contact comes.

Very easy to pick up and use without extensive training.

Makes losing a reciept a thing of the past with the ease of taking pictures and those getting automatically added to the specifc expenses.

What do you like best about Fyle?

I’ve just started using Fyle, and so far, it seems pretty easy to get the hang of. The interface is simple, and I was able to submit and categorize my expenses without much trouble. The mobile app is handy, especially for logging expenses on the go. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but it seems like it could help keep everything organized.
