Usage-led pricing: Fyle bills you only for users who create at least one expense, or have a corporate card connected to Fyle with at least one transaction on it in a month. These are called active users. This means you can onboard all employees but you get charged only for active users.

"Ease of Use & Implementation - Good App, too!"

What do you like best about Fyle?

I find Fyle extremely easy to use. There are multiple ways to upload a receipt - via mobile app, text message, email, and via internet browser - so this product is truly accessible to everyone. I like that it is intuitive and remembers certain fields that have been used frequently in the past so data entry is easy.

Implementation so far has gone really well - a few hiccups but overall, super easy for all types of users to catch on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyle?

Not much to dislike - a bit of a learning curve with pending transactions vs. posted transactions when it comes to restaurant expenses or material supplier expenses. These merchants will charge the card the intial expense and then edit it later (perhaps to add tip or to only charge what is shipped). This can make the matching of receipts a bit more difficult when the expense amounts don't match so the system doesn't auto-merge them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fyle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have more real-time access to credit card expenses. With the ease of use, we get more receipts in and in a faster interval so we can invoice for these charges much more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use online receipt tracking"

What do you like best about Fyle?

It is so helpful that I can connect my work account with my phone and send photos of receipts right away and connect them to the correct charge. That way I never lose a receipt and I don't have to go searching for it. I also like that I can use it on my phone or on my desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyle?

Some of the ways that charges become "incorrect" or "flagged" are a little confusing, or unclear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fyle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its allowing me to file my receipts immediately and not be working about losing them when I am on a business trip. I can also do my monthly expense report much more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
