What do you like best about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?

We rely on and use Fusion services everyday and have not regretted or move to thier services. Integrating thier services with our equipment be it PRI hadnoff or a data circuit handoff is always super easy.

Fusions strong point is thier customer service. With them I always get fast responses and resolutions. We have 54 rooftops and the telecom services can be headache but Fusion helps us stay on top of everything. When contracts are up they shop the best underlying carrier to help keep our costs down. Without them I would be forced to hire someone just to manage all of our telecom services.

One of the Fusion services we enjoy the most is Fusion eFax. The implementation is quick and easy and the service is reliable. By using this service we have been able to eliminate most of our costly POTs lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?

We have experiancedone or two small delays in installation since they utilize underlying carriers and cant always control when Spectrum, ATT, or one of the many other carriers will be available to install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?

In a market where communications services are such a commodity, it's the people that make Fusion Connect such a great company. The order team made it easy to prepare our new circuit requirements and get them ordered, and the implementation team was fantastic. If there's one downside to Fusion, historically it has been their billing. However, since they upgraded and consolidated their billing platform in 2024, it seems that all issues have been resolved and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?

Fusion is very cost effective and meets all the needs of a small to mid sized business. We started with Fusion as our first "contact center" setup and they made the process very fluid and informative. The aesthetic and setup are easy to navigate and work with as a beginner. Currently we are using Fusion to supply internet and telephone services. The service is very dependable but if there is a problem their tech support will jump through hoops to rectify the issue and keep you in the loop throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful part of Modern Connectivity and Communications Solution was Fran. I believe all calls should emulate Fran's support call. I would suggest making Fran a call trainer or manager because her service was immpecable. I wish all call support calls could be as amazing as the one I had today. From beginning to end I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided thus far. Their flexibility in our quoting requirements coupled with their project management of an installation plan that was on an agressive timeline was appreciated. The upside about using Fusion is that it is a full package service. It comes with easy set up, especially when setting up a new store location. The full services are provided and the check list makes it easier for us as the customer to remember what is needed for the new location. The customer service with our accounter managers is top tier. We are continuasly working with the team to improve portal functionality and CDR reporting. When we first become a customer the portal was very limited as to what could be done and viewed. Our use case for Fusion Connect is a combination of Production and DR Production and in both cases, we are extremelt happy with it. We are using more of the contact centre solution for our IVR

Frankly, what keeps your business is Reina Fernandez as we have had different account reps over the years but her stable forces, her combination of technnical, sales, connections is beyond expectations and appreciated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion Connect: Modern Connectivity and Communications Solutions?

Not anything in particular comes to mind. I think we had some initial concerns on SIP refer but generally speaking, at times in the past when there was an outage, it was really difficult to resolve when you had underlying carriers that you leased the connections for and it became more finger pointing but with us suffering the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sales, implementation, and training teams are awesome, always a pleasure to work with. You can't beat the knowledge, dedication, ability to transfer knowledge and overall customer service of Ashley Cole and Kim Roberts. And when it comes to training, Billy Fisher is excellent as well, very knowledgable and knows how to impart the right amount of information to the right audience. It doesn't keep us from using either service but I wish fax and texting services were natively integrated and tied to same phone number. It could be Teams Phone restrictions but definitely "nice to have" features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
