What do you like best about Funraise?

All the features. They will have more features then you will need and I appreciate that. It is easy to use, once you figure it out, and they have great customer support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

That they don't automatically send out Year End Donations emails to all our donors. I have to go in and do that myself and I wish they did it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funraise?

The client support received is hands down the best. Our rep, Yuna, is responsive, creative thinking, and always happy to help. She goes the extra step in thinking through solutions with us. And the way she ALWAYS follows up with detailed instructions is so helpful for when I forget all that she showed me. Also the chat feature is actually helpful. Most sites have chat features that are robots and never really get you solutions, Funraise is there to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

I think the only thing about Funraise that isn't spectacular is honestly our own fault at this point. There are numerous features we aren't accessing yet as it is more robust than our small org needs at this point. I'm looking forward to using it in the future. What do you like best about Funraise?

We are a small, grassroots nonprofit that serves the cystic fibrosis community. My late daughter, Claire Wineland, founded this organization in 2011 at 13 years old following a very scary medical situation due to cystic fibrosis. We had no idea what we were doing but jumped in with both feet as a way to encourage her dedication to be of service to others. In the first few years, we used PayPal as our donation platform, which was fine at the time, but as we grew we realized we needed a more comprehensive platform so we started looking in to others. We were thrilled to find Funraise and have been using them for over 5 years now. One of the things I love the most, as a busy Executive Director, is that Funraise is truly a one stop solution – we create beautiful fundraising campaigns with the built in campaign templates, we are able to include several payment gateways such as PayPal, Apple Pay and even Bitcoin, making it easier for our supporters to donate. Funraise keeps a fantastic CRM of all of our donors including a breakdown of net worth, potential to donate, which campaign they donated to, where they are in the world, etc. All of this information helps us make decisions on where to focus our ad money and how our donors are finding us.

Our account manager, Blake Goldstein, is by far my favorite part of using Funraise ~ honestly, he is always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. I have literally emailed him at 6pm on an urgent matter and he gets back to me immediately. For other questions that might not need his assistance, the Funraise Help Center has wonderful information along with videos and even a chat feature for assistance at any time.

What do you like best about Funraise?

Funraise is a very user-friendly platform and makes fundraising and donor management easy. It is an ideal nonprofit tool to implement, and we appreciate the constant addition of new features and refinement of existing ones. Their customer support is always impressive, and they tend to go above and beyond with a dedicated team of professionals. Our Customer Success Manager, Yuna, has been and continues to be excellent. What do you dislike about Funraise?

With the non-profit sector relying heavily on such platforms, many have limited budgets to work with. I think perhaps they can revisit their pricing. A couple of built-in features could be tweaked to allow for client customization. However, Funraise is open to and always welcomes suggestions and feedback to address the same. What do you like best about Funraise?

The Support team has been an incredible resource throughout our migration to the Funraise platform and in the intervening months. Having a dedicated team to provide help and guidance has been well worth the cost, particularly when the pricing model for the platform itself is so generous for non-profits.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

Short of downloading the mobile app, there is no donor portal available for individuals who want to manually pull their receipts or proactively update their payment methods. This second issue is alleviated with the Payment Method Updater emails that can be sent out manually, but it feels like the only glaring omission given how impressive the rest of the offerings are. What do you like best about Funraise?

The Funraise platform has been great for hosting our 5ks! Prior to Funraise, we used traditional race-hosting websites, which tended to emphasize timing and rankings more than fundraising. With the switch to Funraise, we significantly increased the number of 5K participants that signed up to fundraise, as well as increased our total amount raised!Team and individual fundraising pages are easy for our participants to make, and if trouble arises, we can always assist folks with setup from the back end, which is a huge help! It's an added bonus that Blake, our main contact, is exceptional! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

One of our wishes is that Funraise would allow websites to be calibrated separately for desktop and mobile. It can get a bit tricky to make sure elements will look good on both versions without being able to make those different versions manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funraise?

I feel so supported by the Fundraise team in navigating our organization's unique and growing needs. The platform is easy to use, navigate & customize!

What do you like best about Funraise?

Pulling lists and creating forms are so easy. The appearance is very pleasing. The tutorial videos are great for a new user, and client support is exceptional - Carrie always responds quickly and I don't feel like one of a zillion anonymous clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the P2P could benefit from certain improvements to help individuals use it more efficiently, such as, pre-populating certain fields with boiler plate language that someone could then tweak themselves, as opposed to putting the onus on them to come up with everything.
