What do you like best about Fullstory?

Full Story is best because it allows us to watch exactly how users interact with our site, capturing every click, scroll, and movement. This helps identify user pain points and understand their journey. It provides detailed analytics and insights about user behavior and also provides detailed Network and Console logs. 1. User Experience Optimization: Understanding where and why users are struggling on a website or app. FullStory’s session replay feature allows businesses to watch recordings of user interactions, helping them identify pain points, confusing navigation, or broken elements.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I primarily use Fullstory daily for reviewing user specific help tickets where we are unable to replicate the issue. This allows us to determine information that might not have been shared in the the help ticket and allows for us speed up time to fix issues. What do you like best about Fullstory?

The experience with the platform is incredible. It greatly enhances our understanding with qualitative data and provides valuable insights through session replay. What do you dislike about Fullstory?

We evolved our application, and now it is not compatible with Fullstory. There is no integration with Flutter, and the support team has not provided any workarounds, showing a clear lack of interest in resolving this. I deeply regret this situation as it is a tool that would undoubtedly have a positive impact on our company. What do you like best about Fullstory?

What do you like best about Fullstory?

The ability to see session replays to understand what users do is a very powerful feature!

Also, the ease of tracking most elements in the app without having to have custom code prevents the need for code changes for every new thing.

We use it pretty much everyday in our team to understand different aspects of user behavior in the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin and controls can be a little bit more powerful. Everybody gets to create lots of funnels, metrics, etc. crowding the space. I wish there were better permissioning or better separation of user spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

For UX research and measuring impact of designs, behaviour data is crucial, with fullstory I can see how our users are benefiting - or annoyed by our changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

I think setting up flows, heatmaps can be difficult at times, or adding a new link to a filter for example, I don't have visibility into why I can't do certain things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'll give an example, we had pages that engagement metrics and visits never increased, to investigate, I watched over 50 user sessions and realsied that people actually keep visiting the pages once they discovered it by accident, so then it helped us identify the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

Full story captures a lot of data, such as network requests, browser console etc which I find valuable when debugging hard to find issues.

I also use fullstory as a product person to check customer usage patterns on my newly launched features.

As a developer in the past I used it to debug the exact issue the customer was facing, customers often don't convey the problem too well in support tickets : ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search function is very confusing and not extensive enough.

I get a ticker or monitoring alert, head over to FS, Search for exact timestamp when the error occurred.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

Fs is amazong on daily basis we are able to identify the defect and quiclky size it and stablish a plan base on the information collect on dashboards. Another great tool is the alerts set up! What do you like best about Fullstory?

What I like best about FullStory is how deep your searches can go. When I need to find a particular instance for a specific use, FullStory makes it easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

When searching in FullStory, I find it most helpful when I search in the time frame "All time." Suppose there was a way to default my searches to that option every time instead of the default being "Past 30 days" that would make things more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
