Probably the feature that my team uses most often is the ability to look up specific user sessions to watch and analyze trouble reports. Being able to do that so easily and quickly has allowed us to better troubleshoot bug reports and assess the issues in order to put out a fix that much faster. Tracking for things are not as easy/obvious as they could be. While there are some nice template cards, it would be nice to have more Dashboard components as templates right out of the gate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me as a developer, I am more keen in the console and network requests. A lot of the requests are captured yes, but I think we need to focus on the most important ones (which are related to errors). It is not very practical to capture all network requests, as it is hard to filter them. A lot of times I am lost when I search with network requests with errors, and sometimes I can't find the errors I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a member of the Product team FullStory allows me to see exactly what the user experiences and is invaluable in both evaluating efficacy of new features and significantly cut down the amount of time troubleshooting to find reproduction steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you use it once it's quite easy to use, and you'll probably want to use it many times.
The fact that you can see what the user experiences and understand from either the Product team's eyes and the RnD team's eyes makes this tool worth its place in the organization's toolbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When screen recordings don't load the UI for the entire session.
Sometimes it takes time to load and sometimes there are sections in the recording that are simply without the complete UI.

The session playback feature and automatic breakdown based on various metrics in segments has been very helpful in locating and rectifying user frustations. The flow of various functionalities on the website is user friendly, giving me the ability to create funnels, heatmaps, etc. quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fullstory gives me a COMPLETE look behind the scenes. I can see everything our users do: from registration to onboarding to activation points in the product, Fullstory helps me comprehensively understand my user base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is pretty comprehensive, which isn't a problem if you know how to use it. I liken it to an airline cockpit – all of the controls are great if you know what you're doing, but if you're a first-time user or not very tech-savvy, you're going to struggle with the tool. The overall customizability of the FullStory is great. Specifically, creating user segments and tracking users across actions, pages, events over time is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data exports can be a little limited in terms of getting into the weeds of user actions. When trying to get a specific slice of users who have performed an action, the exports contain a lot of overall context for the users but not around the specific actions of interest.
