What do you like best about Fullstory?

Probably the feature that my team uses most often is the ability to look up specific user sessions to watch and analyze trouble reports. Being able to do that so easily and quickly has allowed us to better troubleshoot bug reports and assess the issues in order to put out a fix that much faster. What do you dislike about Fullstory?

Tracking for things are not as easy/obvious as they could be. While there are some nice template cards, it would be nice to have more Dashboard components as templates right out of the gate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Fullstory?

What do you like best about Fullstory?

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

For me as a developer, I am more keen in the console and network requests. A lot of the requests are captured yes, but I think we need to focus on the most important ones (which are related to errors). It is not very practical to capture all network requests, as it is hard to filter them. A lot of times I am lost when I search with network requests with errors, and sometimes I can't find the errors I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Fullstory?

As a member of the Product team FullStory allows me to see exactly what the user experiences and is invaluable in both evaluating efficacy of new features and significantly cut down the amount of time troubleshooting to find reproduction steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not dislike anything about FullStory, it does take a tiny bit of technical understanding to get the appropriate fields unmasked though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our product is extemely complex and has been around for 20 years around so there are a lot of moving parts and troubleshooting is super time consuming. FullStory cuts this time down dramatically by providing the session replay of the user which allows us to see all of the technical and non-technical information to have a developer begin doing work to resolve. What do you like best about Fullstory?

Once you use it once it's quite easy to use, and you'll probably want to use it many times.

The fact that you can see what the user experiences and understand from either the Product team's eyes and the RnD team's eyes makes this tool worth its place in the organization's toolbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

When screen recordings don't load the UI for the entire session.

Sometimes it takes time to load and sometimes there are sections in the recording that are simply without the complete UI.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Fullstory?

The session playback feature and automatic breakdown based on various metrics in segments has been very helpful in locating and rectifying user frustations. The flow of various functionalities on the website is user friendly, giving me the ability to create funnels, heatmaps, etc. quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fullstory is helping ease the long and tiresome process of pinpointing the problems faced by users, primarily through the session replay and highlighting the frustrated sesssions. The tool is pretty comprehensive, which isn't a problem if you know how to use it. I liken it to an airline cockpit – all of the controls are great if you know what you're doing, but if you're a first-time user or not very tech-savvy, you're going to struggle with the tool. Understanding where our traffic is coming from and how those users are behaving on our website is crucial for business and FullStory does a very good job of that. It's flexibility and relative ease of use is beyond parallel in the world of web analytical tools. It enables the ingestion of visited URL's into our Marketing tech stack, which leads to an extremely clear picture of how our marketing campaigns are performing, as well as the other traffic that enters our website. The data exports can be a little limited in terms of getting into the weeds of user actions. When trying to get a specific slice of users who have performed an action, the exports contain a lot of overall context for the users but not around the specific actions of interest.
