What do you like best about Fullstory?

I have been an user on fullstory for more than a year now,

The online & offline users sesssions via Session Replay helps me to get an immersive experience of my end users. Using fullstory i can make a visual notes of the product gaps and un-met needs to iteratively build frictionless features and enable better user navigation.

The visual notes can also be shared with my stakeholders and team to enable right prioritizations and investments into the product roadmap.

The conversion funnels gives a good indicator of how my users are taking actions at appropriate times and where they drop-off. This enable to build a better and an intuitive product design.

JIRA integration enables creation of product backlogs based on data and usage evidence.

Buiding funnels, Heatmaps and dashboards is very easy and enables citizen developers to experiment / to observe usage realtime and offline to gain deeper experience of domain and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

Usage quota limits and retention of data has been a bit regulative. Hence the data capture of user sessions has to used very judiciosly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

Session Replay

The core session replay functionality is powerful. Being able to watch real user sessions unfold and see exactly what they experienced is invaluable for debugging issues, analyzing drop-offs, and understanding user struggles. The level of detail captured like mouse movements, network requests, console logs etc. makes it incredibly useful.

Heatmaps and Scrollmaps

The heatmap and scrollmap visualizations give great insight into how users interact with and navigate web pages. I could see which elements get clicked/tapped the most and how far users scroll to optimize layouts.

Conversion Funnels

The conversion funnels are extremely useful for analyzing where users drop off in critical flows like signup, payment, etc. You can diagnose friction points and blockages easily.

Integration Ecosystem

FullStory integrates well with tools for error monitoring, analytics, communication software. This enables richer analysis by combining FullStory data with other data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

It's easy to set up graphs to your needs or ways of analysing adoption. Also, whenever a ticket comes trough about a certain issue, then we can always easily check within fullstory a replay of what exactly happened. It be great to be able to export a list of users and their session within a specific timeframe. Now it will show you their sessions since the first time they logged in. It would be awesome if the export reflects the fitlers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FullStory is a tool that is effortless to set up and use, it has helped our company to get invaluable insights about how our users interact with our product. The range of collected and analyzed metadata unblocks many of our use cases.

In some cases, the recordings provided for user sessions include segments that appear to be a looped redirects, whereas in reality nothing similar was observed by the client. It makes it more confusing to debug reported bugs and issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

This is a great tool, the implementation is simple and provide a high quality data.

Like search feature which can find all required data by lots of different properties and tags.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

The last time I tried was complicated for me to create specific dashboard for daily or weakly active users.

Also UI for some pages on a website looks vague. Some dialog windows or other stuff not visible on videos because of privacy which is good, but would be nice to notify that some dialog hidden because of it and it is not broken Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like being able to watch user journeys on fullstory to see how users directly interacted on our site. I also like that I can cohort groups of customers based on actions on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

It is sometimes incredibly complicated when I want to export data to verify with other eternal tools. I also wished that fullstory would give more marketing metrics outside of Just UTM parameters. I would like to be able to draw a line from marketing campaigns to conversion events on fullstory, and it can't be done without a massive headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
