What do you like best about Fullstory?

Simple setup. Powerful features to get detailed info on customer behavior. Great user experience. Works well as an add on to event tracking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

Fullstory is expensive so you must have buy in from staff to use it. I don't like that Fullstory tries to replace analytics systems like Amplitude and Mixpanel, to me it is an add on to such systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Session replay functionality of Fullstory is great to identify issues in your product. Filtering feature is good to narrow search for what is causing non optimal behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to quickly find any data you need, without custom logging. This could be a question related to a single user session, or larger product usage question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd love to see more functionality built out within the dev tools section of session replay. For example, being able to search over all network request logs, including their request bodies and response bodies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fullstory has sped up our debugging process considerably. It also makes it easy to tell how widespread certain behaviors or usage are.

Session replay is invaluable for empathizing with users - for example, seeing where their mouse goes before they find the feature/button they're looking for.

Analytics: Fullstory offers a no-SQL way to track product launches, and monitor important metrics on the frontend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
