What do you like best about Fullstory?

Fullstory takes the guesswork out of clients who expeirence issues in our software. We are able to see their clicks in real time and determine the source of error much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

If someone has a ad blocker on, FullStory cannot record their session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

The ease of setup and instant impact it makes to what's happening in your product when you first adopt it. Non-technical colleagues find value in the tool immediately. FullStory has become a staple across multiple departments (e.g. engineering, support, marketing, saes, etc) in our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

This is being nitpicky, but it'd be great if there were quicker ways to get to a help article about a topic from the section I'm at in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

FullStory removes any ambiguity across our product and how it is used. Previously, teams would rely on individuals to be the voice of customers or the market and that often meant listening to the loudest person in the room or the one with the higher title and now, we can collect the actual data to investigate. For exampe, you may have someone make an ominous statement of "everyone is having this exact problem" and immediately you can quantify the impact of a bug or poor design. The ability to watch sessions also gives you data beyond numbers for funnel conversions or whatever you want to measure. We've made so many improvements by seeing complications in the user experience that aren't revealed in raw data. I would honestly refuse to be in charge of a product without the investment in FullStory. It more than pays for itself by ensuring we don't lose any business and continue to provide value to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

Through FullStory we were able to discover the impact of an obsure banner that appeared on our website months before looking into this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

Sometimes data doesn't line up. However, we are still learning the tool and it may be due to our not understanding some features fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fullstory is a great tool to be able to easily see how customers interact in your app or on your website. We use it both to understand the customer journey and occasionally to confirm bugs as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
