1. Using FullStory has transformed how I approach building my product and observing my users.
2. As a product itself, it's very intuitive to use. The search is amazing, and so incredibly helpful!
3. The sharing feature with the rest of my team has improved collaboration tremendously.
4. It's really helpful to identify bugs or broken flows in the product, or just monitoring how a new feature is being used - especially not as expected.

FullStory is super useful tool for product analytics and getting insights from users experience with session replay feature. It is very easy and convenient to share session reports with design teams, and also creating event logs within the sessions for better clarity of the instance. Easy to access overview of what users are doing and some insight into why. Certain metrics are easy to access, heat maps, frustration signaling, and journey building are all fantastic.
