What do you like best about Fullstory?

Great tool for creating user flows and funnels. it's also handy for viewing sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

At start it was hard to understand the terminology of the different options.

Also, The filter relation options are limited.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

Session replay and no-code event identification are great for startups. Retroactive event tracking is super useful when building up a product analytics practice for the first time. I use it every day and feel confident in the accuracy of most metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

The chart-building features could be a little more intuitive. It's less clear on how to implement hard-coded events than competitors. No-code events are slightly less precise in tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recent changes to account management that took away representatives has been a real hit to how much we've liked the partnership, I would've given an 8 or a 9 before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like the fact that I can quickly check an under interaction on our product. I can quickly figure out what that bug happened, how I can reproduce and share this with the developers. I also like the trackling of new features, super helpful for me to get some results for the new features being shipped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
