At start it was hard to understand the terminology of the different options.
Also, The filter relation options are limited.

Session replay and no-code event identification are great for startups. Retroactive event tracking is super useful when building up a product analytics practice for the first time. I use it every day and feel confident in the accuracy of most metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The chart-building features could be a little more intuitive. It's less clear on how to implement hard-coded events than competitors. No-code events are slightly less precise in tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that I can quickly check an under interaction on our product. I can quickly figure out what that bug happened, how I can reproduce and share this with the developers. FullStory allows me to understand how people actually use our sites and mobile app. Additionally, you can dig deep into the paths users take, where their frustrations are, and see how much something is actually used. These insights are invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
