I love the tool but the emojis are sooo confusing - they should be consistent with the actions undertaken by the users, for the rest I love it, it gives great insights and helps a lot with improving page content/structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how FullStory allows me to see how users interact with my website or app in real time. I can watch session replays, analyze heatmaps, and get insights into user behavior and feedback.
I also like how FullStory integrates with other tools that I use, such as Google Analytics, Zendesk, and Slack. This makes it easy to share data and collaborate with my team.
