What do you like best about Fullstory?

Being able to look at the customer's journey while ordering is helpful when correcting any actions with a customer. It is extremely easy to learn to use and when we've reached out to customer support, they've gotten back to us quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Fullstory would give me a way to export data to a csv. THere are times when I want to export it as a CSV to analyze in Excel or connect it with our data analytics tools such as Sigma, Looker, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used behavioral data platforms in the past and have found Fullstory the easiest to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

I think Fullstory could work on having better organization on the UX side. It can be a bit disorganized and hard to find certain aspects of the program without prior knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rage click function helps us to identify errors in the system and observe how this issue is triggered from live recording.
