We recently implemented Fullstory and started capturing valuable insights from Day 1. The software helps us prioritize what site enhancements will have the greatest business impact. We've seen double-digit improvements within days of releasing enhancements. We've already expanded it across other brands and domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not experienced a downside yet. The entire team has been supportive, flexible, and accommodating as we have outlined goals, expectations, use cases, etc. They have been a phenomenal partner and demonstrated how easy it is to identify low-hanging fruit and optimization opportunities across our sites. The playback speed controls right by the playback bar, the skip inacitvity button, and the ability to search for events makes it so easy to track what I am looking for in a Full Story session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to see exactly where our customers are engaging - and sometimes, trying to engage but not succeeding due to our design. Being able to see the UX being used in real time and pinpointing pain points along the customer journey helps us to make a much better product. Sharing dashboards with key stakeholders is easy, and they love the high-level summary they can view at a glance while I dig down to get further insights. It works well for our whole team. There's honestly a lot of overlap with what I can get from Google Analytics. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by trying to solve "discrepancies" between our FS and GA numbers when they are small n's but stakeholders want to know "which is more accurate." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so helpful to be able to watch what people are doing on your website or once they come into your product. Being able to assess if there are any bugs/issues/bottlenecks, flag it with the rest of the team and then immediatiely look for solutions is great, and seeing common patterns or trends amongst our customers also helps us to see where we might want to make improvements. The flexibility of setting up FS across all our products has made it crucial to the work we are doing to improve customer experiences.
