What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like that I can see the recordings, clicks and scroll maps of the users to improve the overall UX Experience.

I also get Key Metrics like Conversion Rate per click Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

I would like to get more insights into error clicks and bounce rate, it lets me know the percentage, but I can't see what's actually happening Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I get to know what our customers are doing so the information and fixes that I provide to them are more reliable. It gives me more details than sometimes customers do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

It is easy to use for customer support professionals. Solving problems over the phone while the customer is on the phone is wonderful. Mainly because there is a live viewing option. What do you like best about Fullstory?

I've been watching more than 300 user sessions, and the best part is seeing user patterns and common mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

I'm using Fullstory only for watching user sessions, and I haven't built a dashboard or metrics (other team members usually build dashboards.

Therefore, my experience so far has mostly involved entering the dashboard, watching sessions, and leaving notes. I have nothing to dislike :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My role is that of a product designer who needs to understand users and continue to ask them questions.

I like and use a lot the filters in the main page for search user journey with a lot of options.
