I like that I can see the recordings, clicks and scroll maps of the users to improve the overall UX Experience.
I also get Key Metrics like Conversion Rate per click Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to get more insights into error clicks and bounce rate, it lets me know the percentage, but I can't see what's actually happening Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use for customer support professionals. Solving problems over the phone while the customer is on the phone is wonderful. Mainly because there is a live viewing option. I like and use a lot the filters in the main page for search user journey with a lot of options.

Too focused on REST api and completely missing the integration with graphql Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
