What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like that I am able to funnel different user sessions and watch them in real time. I also like that I am able to search for users by something as simple as text that was viewed. What do you like best about Fullstory?

The ability to help my customers solve their issues. When someone calls in, they have a difficult time discussing what the problem is, but if I can just go look it up and watch what they did I can usually get them helped out quickly! What do you dislike about Fullstory?

It's sometimes a bit difficult to navigate, because there are so many options. For example, if I wanted to see everyone that interacted with one function in the product, It would be difficult to get to that quickly. Probably more user error than anything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I recently started a new job and we didn't have a developer for our Website. We had lots of cutomer complaints, and we were able to look up the complaints and see what the customer was experiencing. FullStory does a great job generating data first and then allowing you to dive into session recording once you are seeking an answer to something specific. This is a huge timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
