Pros:

Excellent for understanding user behavior and identifying pain points.

Easy to use and navigate, even across different companies.

While search filters are helpful, advanced filtering options for user attributes or custom events could be even more insightful.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like that FS helps me really understand how the clients use our system and specifically when things go awry, it helps us understand what steps the clients did or didn't take to identify areas of improvement to coach that team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

There have been times I would search for a data point like an action clicked or name that was entered in but it doesn't always work. It's not 100% issue but happens enough that it makes more sense to watch the replay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

How user friendly it is and the customer support behind it. I feel like I can go onto Full Story with a site issue and have my answer very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up process was a little bit difficult and confusing but this was assisted by the great full story team, so it wasn't too much of a worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Full Story is helping us understand the full customer journey and really understand what the customer is seeing. We have had issues with orders not being processed properly and could only see this on a numbers level. What do you like best about Fullstory?

Fullstory is not just session reproduction, it is a robust behavior analysis platform, it is possible to filter by specific behaviors and quantify or understand their representativeness in the universe of users, quantify impacts on revenue by fixing frictions, and much more.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

I think being able to see what a user is seeing is incredibly helpful from a customer support standpoint. It can be faster than asking the user to send a screenshot, and it is great to be able to go back and review what a user saw at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only aspect I do not like is not being able to see what is within a user's camera lens if they are taking a photo for verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

Seeing behavioural analytics come to light is great. Session replay has helped us on muliple occasions where customers have been 'adamant' that they've done something, but when the replay shows they haven't, it makes the conversation easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

We had to mask a significant chunk of data to satisfy security requirements, which made the tool harder to utilise.

Exports are also undercooked - difficult and often limited in what can be exported to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to see user funnel data is great, but it feels limited in the sense that outside of general reporting, we can't seem to use the data for easily communications, customer prompts etc.
