Session recording is an incredible tool for CX/Product/Support teams. There isn't a need to bother asking for a screen recording demonstrating a problem, or what steps a user is taking in their journey, Full Story has it all for you at just a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to see the session of what a user did "live" in our system. This becomes very helpful in tracking down errors, bugs and experience issues. Knowing not only what pages they visited, buttons clicked and just how they interacted goes a long way towards finding a needle in a haystack.

the implementation takes too much time in a large organization, and unless there is a centralized team taking care of it… adoption will be affected

I really need an AI tool that will analyze the full-stories better and give me some rough themes of problems users face.... i.e if a user takes very long to fill out some form... or has issues, is going back and frth alot... it would be nice to aggregate this type of data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can review the live activity of members on Full Story. It helps us to walk our members through processes and identify platform issues quickly. FullStory is very user-friendly and simple to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fullstory is helpful in learning insights about our products. It gives us the ability to review the user experience and find customer pain points or bugs in our products. Early in our startup journey, Fullstory provided invaluable insights into our customer's activity on our website. We were also able to track with real-time accuracy hurdles or stumbling blocks, so that our customer support team could intervene.
