What do you dislike about Fullstory?

Integ­rating the product with our website was a chall­enging task. Our dedicated devel­opment team succeeded in accomp­lishing this, although it may not be feasible for the average person without technical exper­tise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall experience entails gaining insights into user behavior and product usage through analyzing global user activ­ities. What do you like best about Fullstory?

The product team is excellent and is always shipping new product! The product is very reliable and there is almost nothing you can't do in FullStory. As a PM, it's the best way to guage metrics quickly on product usage and adoption for new feature releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

It's difficult to scale use of the product without quickly running out of sessions which are pricey, not sure if the ROI is always there but there aren't many other alternatives to FullStory in the market that function as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many aspects of Fullsotry that I love to use, but probably the number one item is the ability to see first hand visually how a user navigates and interacts with the product. What do you like best about Fullstory?

I love how easy it is to set up visualizations in a dashboard that can then be accessed by multiple people across various roles, leading to increased collaboration and the all important "single source of truth." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that it's difficult to manage masking for individual elements on a page. The commitment to protecting PII is admirable, though I wish the user experience for those setting up the masking was more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to watch customers in action, independently navigating the product, has be revelatory for our product managers and digitial teams. I think could spend more time to improve their core features, like session recording and how to better filter user via events. I often find out Pendo have better ability to filter down the user precisely according to my needs than Fullstory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
