What do you like best about Fullstory?

I have been using Fullstory since November 23 and it has exceeded my expectations. I like how the data never expires and the tool is easy to use and configure for specific use cases, funnels, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fullstory allows us to track user engagement, user habits and spot potential issues with our product. If a user reports a bug we are able to validate and review the session where the bug occured and validate. What do you like best about Fullstory?

Fullstory has been able to help me to answer every question relating to how users use our website after a change was made, then allow comparisons of metrics side by side easily to understand if a change was best for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

The learning curve for the tool is rather steep, but the user interface and filtering options while reporting alleviates this. So this isn't so much of a dislike I suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Fullstory allows me to segment out clicks on individual elements of our website, something which would take far longer via GA4 or Adobe Analytics

- Let's me understand quickly if the change we've made on our website is making a positive or negative impact

It is fascinating having the ability to view people's activity and get a more fine-detailed picture beyond what quantitative analytics can sometimes provide. What do you like best about Fullstory?

The session replay tool is second to none. Replay Fidelity is practically flawless. FullStory, gives insight into the site that I don't know how else we would get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

There aren't very many things I don't like about fullstory. I do wish that the washed elements or retroactive, and that you can create and monitor events based off of network calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

One downside could be the implementation and tagging on the web page, this however is very small inconvenience and probably can't get much better than it is already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fullstory solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a problem directly interacting with the user of our product. There are tons of hoops and hurdles we have to overcome. Fullstory allows us to almost go directly to the customer. What do you like best about Fullstory?

I like that its easy to create custom dimensions and metrics and be able to drive real results by creating specific funnels to easily capture screen recordings for specific user behavior to make finding optimizations and issues easy and simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fullstory?
