It's easy to use and sleek. There are plenty of good features on the account and it's incredibly easy to organise the work and different inboxes that a business may have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some hidden features, such as to copy the link to a task is not as simple as copying the URL for that one email, you actually need to click on the three dots on the top right corner, and need to click on "Copy message link". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to tag internal coworkers under emails instead of having to forward them is cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that every time you make an internal discussion, it makes it a new one and doesn't have an option to merge discussions. Als, formatting texts in discussion replies is super difficult. And i feel like there are too many features- it makes simple things like sequences really complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Front is truly an all-in-one platform where you can centralize tickets, chats, and all your inboxes (professional as well as personal). I love the built-in snoozing capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that the Front Chat currently is lacking a multi-language support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The coolest feature in my opinion, is the ability to have a team work seamisless together in one inbox. This increases reply times, decreases manually shift through emails, and the auto tag rules are AWESOME. To be able to specifiy which key words / phrases/ domains should be assinged to who has been a game charger for a team with multiple users. Not only does this create a heatlhy work balance, but it holds each member accountable. As a manager, its cool to track who is pulling more emails than the other, and to see the avg reply times.
I also really enjoy the Ai aspect, sometimes I find tricky on a response, but the tool helps spark those creative juices!
Being able to comment to your team without the outside party seeing your discussion is so cool!
I use front everyday, and even have the app oh my phone. The customer support team is so quick in response and make it seamless to get new tags and rules created or deleted. It was very smooth transitioning into front and the overall implementation on our shared service teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an easier to upload a distro vs manually enteing emails one by one and naming the grouping. If there was a way to upload an excel sheet to auto create a distro would be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way everything gets sorted automatically once you have everything setup with tags and rules. Sending messages to teammates within messages to communicate important parts or request help.
