What do you like best about Front?

The integrated AI feature is VERY helpful. It could use some customizing/adaption to the user language, but overall it does what its meant to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

A lot of improvements were done in 2025 that helped cover most of the pain points (there wasnt much that I could notice anyway). I now prefer Front over all other options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searching for emails or discussions is too complicated and works poorly. Direct discussions with colleagues are complicated, we constantly have to create new ones, there should be a system like Slack/Messenger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I like the snooze and archive functions a lot, and they help me manage my time better. I also find them satisfying to click. I like how easy the interface is to use, and I appreciate how much visibility I have, which helps reduce errors. My productivity has increased, and I feel much more organized with Front. What do you like best about Front?

I appreciate Front for its seamless ability to handle all my email communications with clients, facilitating multiple updates a day on research progress. I value its collaborative capabilities, which allow my team to engage effectively without needing to be directly involved in each email thread. This aspect makes it an amazing tool compared to other email software. I love the feature that lets me tag things according to my preferences. Moreover, Front's ability to maintain relevant communication outside the direct email chain while still keeping context intact greatly enhances my collaborative efforts. What do you dislike about Front?

I find it problematic that sometimes when I tag things, they still appear in my 'assigned to me' inbox. It would be great if there were a way to drag it to a tag without it constantly reappearing in my 'assigned to me' inbox upon the arrival of new messages. This makes managing emails cumbersome. Additionally, I would really like to have AI features integrated to help automatically respond to emails, and more seamless integration with Google translation tools would be very helpful. I also feel that the process of how it connects with teams for scheduling calls could be a lot more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love Front because you can chat with internal teammates, and it feels like a combination of Outlook and Slack all in one platform. It does a really good job of keeping all my thoughts centralized and not having to lose train of thought as I switch between applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
