What do you like best about Front?

It's such an easy product to use. While there were a couple of hiccups in the learning curve, once you learn those, the product is great; overall, it's been a seamless transition. I even contacted customer support once and heard back within minutes - amazing turnaround time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Honestly, I can't think of anything right now. The one issue I did have was relating to how the time was displayed but that was such a simple fix as there are different options! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front makes it so easy to share emails across a team, asking questions and getting help on drafts, etc. It's been a wonderful product thus far, I'm definitely a fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Ownership and accountability for requests incoming to a team inbox. Also the personalisation of the experience so it doesn't feel like a ticketing system for the customer on the other end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I wish it was easier to file things under a folder, the default option of archiving is a little tricky as it feels like everything goes to the abyss - but the tagging system helps with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Perfect for working with a team, where we have different clients that we need different inboxes for. So easy to share emails with other members of the team. Really user-friendly, modular design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

You can't have multiples draft replies on the same email chain! And if you accidentally click reply when you already have a draft, it wipes out all the previous recipients, and there's no way to undo this change. It would also be nice to have a way to customise each inbox a bit more too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem: requiring split inboxes for different clients, without requiring each person working on that client to have a different email address. Outlook couldn't do this well at all, Front makes it super simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

It's a decent way of managing support queries, both email and chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

They changed how they handled some webhooks without announcing users using them. This update was also not included in the docs, so the integration broke and could be fixed only by contacting their support and then changing our own scripts.

It's also weird that each time an admin adds a new teammate, each other teammate needs to also add them to their assigned conversation list. We expect the admin's addition to be reflected automatically for everyone in the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

It's user-friendly and it's interface is not that hard to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

The collaboration aspect - this is especially helpful when training new hires. Client communication is such a huge part of our day-to-day, it is so so helpful to be able to have new hires share email drafts with me/other leaders on our team and giving them a seal of approval before sending. What do you dislike about Front?

Sometimes the team inboxes and assigning / moving them between them can get a little funky & confusing. But nothing too crazy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
