It's such an easy product to use. While there were a couple of hiccups in the learning curve, once you learn those, the product is great; overall, it's been a seamless transition. You can't have multiples draft replies on the same email chain! And if you accidentally click reply when you already have a draft, it wipes out all the previous recipients, and there's no way to undo this change. They changed how they handled some webhooks without announcing users using them. This update was also not included in the docs, so the integration broke and could be fixed only by contacting their support and then changing our own scripts.
It's also weird that each time an admin adds a new teammate, each other teammate needs to also add them to their assigned conversation list. We expect the admin's addition to be reflected automatically for everyone in the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The collaboration aspect - this is especially helpful when training new hires. Client communication is such a huge part of our day-to-day, it is so so helpful to be able to have new hires share email drafts with me/other leaders on our team and giving them a seal of approval before sending.
