What do you like best about Front?

The formatting and easy way to organize my emails has made pursuing my career easier. Utilizing Front has helped me advance in a new field far better than I hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

The only thing I would like to be slightly better is the meeting setup; I think it could be a little more streamlined. That being said, it is still an excellent tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love how Front allows for internal communication with the company. The organization of inboxes, accounts, rules and templates makes it a great user experience - helping to keep emails sorted. What do you like best about Front?

I love the ability to be able to see emails that come into the shared inbox to ensure timely responses to clients and to have an easy way to collaborate with my team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot think of any at this moment but there have only been a few times where I thought aw I wish I could do this or I wish this was a little different. I've been using it for several months and there were some things I wanted and later discovered! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Collaboration within our Team. It is so easy to assign an email or to tag someone to get their thoughts or comments about an email. What do you like best about Front?

Front is customizable to our needs as a small business. Integrations make things simple for us and continuous improvement with new features continues to impress as we continue to grow and need more functionality.

What do you dislike about Front?

It's not as robust as some competitors, but I know they are continuously working to make things better. There are a few things I might change based on personal preference, but overall it's a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Front is very nice not to only communicate with customers and business partners but very good to inform your colleagues within your venture. The fact that you can tag people underneath the mail and have a discussion is very handy and keeps your emails organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Maybe that there is only english available as a language which is for me not a problem but for other people it might be. I also don´t like the interface for changing the font. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

When looking at emails sent to me, I can quickly put a tag on them to keep them organized so that I may never lose the email, making this service the best to use in my business! Even if I cannot find an email, the search bar makes it so much easier to find the email; most other email services will only search for the subject, while Front searches the entire email for the keywords I have searched for. What do you dislike about Front?

For Front, there is only one dislike I am concerned with; The archive system. When I archive an email, sometimes the email will no longer be there, almost as if it's been deleted. The main issue that most businesses have is unorganized emails; Front helps solve this problem by adding tags and making them so easy to use and even easier to understand. What do you like best about Front?

All my company messages for myself or colleagues are easily accessible, I can create folders and move and set up snooze times to follow up on everything i need. The access to my colleague's work and the shared box has created a simpler workflow for everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Can't think of any downsides, when we opened a front account, our email system was just basic Gmail; this is amazing. Everything about front has made my day so much easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a lot of follow-ups. The snooze is fantastic for setting a time and day for follow-up, i use the calendar and link my emails for really important items, and the folders I create and rules to send items to specific locations works fantastic. What do you like best about Front?

I like the most to share emails (drafts) with others. It's improving and making my job faster. Creating a quick rule is a big relief because I can't see 100 emails from a subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Maybe it's too much complicated and when I started using I felt overwhelmed by choosing options.

I didn't understand how working Shared inboxes and what happened when I delete an email in my front it's been deleted for everybody. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Share drafts are the most useful for me.

I can mark my college with some threads and clients don't see this and we have space to talk about some details.

What do you like best about Front?

Tagging teammates in email, and being able to archive everything which keeps me organized. The very clean and user-friendly layout on the desktop and mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

The only downside that I had at first was getting over-notified on things but that was fixed with one call to support and they help me change my settings. Nothing to improve on at the moment to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is solving the constant confusion within a team when working on a single project. Being able to tag all of the team members vs forwarding messages back and forth and creating multiple threads. It just makes things so much easier to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
