I love how Front allows for internal communication with the company. The organization of inboxes, accounts, rules and templates makes it a great user experience - helping to keep emails sorted. Front is customizable to our needs as a small business. Integrations make things simple for us and continuous improvement with new features continues to impress as we continue to grow and need more functionality.

Front is very nice not to only communicate with customers and business partners but very good to inform your colleagues within your venture. When looking at emails sent to me, I can quickly put a tag on them to keep them organized so that I may never lose the email, making this service the best to use in my business! Even if I cannot find an email, the search bar makes it so much easier to find the email; most other email services will only search for the subject, while Front searches the entire email for the keywords I have searched for. For Front, there is only one dislike I am concerned with; The archive system. When I archive an email, sometimes the email will no longer be there, almost as if it's been deleted. All my company messages for myself or colleagues are easily accessible, I can create folders and move and set up snooze times to follow up on everything i need. The access to my colleague's work and the shared box has created a simpler workflow for everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
