I like the overview and the fast subscription/Assignment of mails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just came back from holiday and had 140 mails in my inbox as Front does not distinguish if there is someone ooo or not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I specifically appreciate the message template feature, the send later feature, and the comment feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Truthfully I am struggling to find a downside seeing that it accomplishes all that I require it for, except I'd like to be able to customize the number of hours in the drop-down menu for the send later feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to assign emails amongst the team without marking the email as having been read is wicked. I enjoy the chat section at the bottom, and GIFs are on fire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be quite frustrating having a maximum image attachment size without an option to scale all images to Small or Medium (as outlook), reducing size so they can be sent together (we genearlly have to save for web in photoshop first and then reattach) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sharing signatures, accounts, and contacts system feel like there needs to be an easier way to share contacts lists amongst teams and to send emails, l would like to see an overall upgrade in customer satisfaction and more features in the sequencing section. Also, you should add your own notes section for the customer and not have to be forced to use a third-party program. it would be great to use it outside of discussions and be able to brainstorm internally. It can sometimes be slow at recieveing inquireries. and sometimes it can be difficult to find something that was archived. the formatting could be a bit more user friendly in selecting what they can do with the format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
