Based on my user's experience, I can tell Front is definitely a very useful tool. This software enables me to process claims and emails while at the same time tagging my coworkers for them to see my work achievements. I truly appreciate that it manages message templates, it's a huge time saver. It is a perfect mix between Messenger and Gmail ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to truly dislike about this software, at least based on my personal experience. The only thing I would mention is that it may have difficulty in giving access to some emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to chat with my team inside of an email conversation has helped us target critical emails to ensure we provide the best information to our customers. We find ourselves using this functionality frequently every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you copy and paste an Excel table into the email, the Front Excel table doesn't pick up the cell coloring and formatting from the Microsoft Excel table. Also, some email threads that are out of our control can become massive. When these open up in Front, it can take a while for the application to open them up. Not sure if there is a way for the older emails to be truncated so the app can keep up with the email thread size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Front gave us the ability to have KPI's. It allows us to make sure our teams are level loaded and that customers are being responded to in an appropriate amount of time. On top of this, it allows us to track trends, get ahead of escalations, and is extremely easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The calendar feature isn't as intuitive as Outlook- the reminders are not as predominant. Also, the team wishes you could mark an email as "urgent". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes it so much easier to collaborate with my colleagues. The ability to tag others in email threads is a feature I use everyday and the shared inboxes great too. The shared and private templates are also extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When using shared inboxes sometimes there's not an option to use your normal email signature but it's easily worked around. Overall Front is a great product, and I don't have any issues when using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful things about front are:
*The built-in analytics of all the members of the team.
*You can receive feedback from your client, after closing an email
*Sharing links of your agenda and other people’s agenda.
*You can see the whole week at once when setting up a meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You cannot set up a meeting from an email sent. In Outlook from an email, you can set up a meeting and in the invite, everyone can see why the meeting was scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has changed how our business operates, replacing Zendesk as our support tool. However, it is much more than that. It provides a far more collaborative way of working, improving department communications and reducing email overload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having used it for two months, I'm struggling to find any, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adding tags/comments between emails is something really simple, but its really helpful you can leave comments so your teammates can see it and work accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I'm not really happy about is that when I'm trying to do a search, it doesn't pull up the email I'm looking for, even if I use keywords.
My coworkers also complain about the same issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that it's simple and easy to understand!
It has a nice user interface and so many helpful functions to manage your emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don't like, is that when you accidentally click on a random keyboard button, a mail directly goes into an archive or disappears and sometimes you don't even notice and wonder, where the mail got to. It's not deleted, but you randomly find it in a different mail folder or your archive. Maybe that's just me, but that's what I experienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
