What do you like best about Front?

It's amazing for remote teams who work asynchronously to share inboxes without the need for links (while being available to links) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Sometimes it is difficult to work aroud the admin page and mark mail as spam which takes up more time than necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Collaboration that Front enables between colleagues. The shared inboxes add resilience to the team during busy holiday periods. The coaching opportunities provided by having emails/templates reviewed by colleagues are great, building a culture of transparency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

What do you like best about Front?

It is a great plaform to use if you are working in a team and you all need to have access to a inbox. The feature that allows indviduals to assing emails to themselves is particualrly useful. I also really enjoy the tagging and function and the ability to see when you email has been read by the recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

For companies that recieve and send large volumes of emails every day, the inbox can get full pretty quickly and then you are unable to recieve or send further emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are fairly larger team and it functions as a share inbox to recieve client emails. It allows us to assign emails to individuals, whilst still being able to monitor all communications in the inbox. It allows us to be systematic and organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

The tag feature allows us to mention teammates on emails they need eyes on without having to forward as a new conversation. Then, the ability to have a complete in house conversation on the email thread for everyone to input and reference is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

The mobile version of front doesn't allow for calendar access, so I have the outlook app on my phone as well to be able to view calendars when not working at my desk. If the calendar integration was possible, the platform would be a 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very often, we have to have several people put input on an email from a customer or broker. Front allows us to loop people in on conversations without creating new threads. The search function means we can search 55789 and pull up the exact email associated with that load, and find all the comments underneath it for clarification on processes or planned steps. When I´m using on phone, the sidebar cannot be hide and this blocks me when I am trying to read every Email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

It has a neat look, the functionalities are clear, it's easy to use, I can create and manage shared inboxes and most importantly: It allows me to keep an overview of my email so much better than Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

It's not synced back to Gmail. So Emails I opened in Front will show as unread I Gmail. Also, 'Archived' in Front should translate into 'read' in Gmail and not actually 'Archived'. The Google calendar integration could look a bit nicer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me keep an overview of my Emails. This allows me to be more productive and not lose track. It's solving the problem of differentiating between Emails on your business account.

What do you like best about Front?

Being able to share and assign emails to other colleagues and the overall layout of Front makes it very useful and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

When an email gets shared with you, you are stuck in that email chain forever unless you unassign yourself. If you are out of the office, emails can easily go unnoticed by other members of your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps us communicate with customers and with our own team members without having to use two different email systems. It also allows us to connect our Microsoft email accounts, which is great because we know we'll never miss anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
