What do you like best about Front?

Emails are automatically converted to Front. Everything is in an easy-to-use/understandable layout. The app is user-friendly; you can easily connect with coworkers and share emails and folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

It's difficult to see what emails exactly are being shared with certain recipients. For example, if you want to have a discussion on a thread and later CC another party, it's hard to know what previous emails are being shared with the CC'd in party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shared inboxes and emails for HelpDesk support greatly benefit my line of work. Assigning emails and tickets to coworkers, keeping up with emails and being able to archive everything so it's easily accessible in the future but not clogging up my inbox are very beneficial. What do you like best about Front?

As a CSM, I use Front everyday to send and receive my emails. Very easy to use, I particularly appreciate the "Sharing" feature to give and receive feedback from my colleague CSMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Just like every new software, it can take some get used to it (I had my habits with gmail) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Front is an excellent platform to simplify day-to-day comms. Messages and emails use a simple tagging system to direct them to the correct colleague, and SLAs can be set so tasks don't get forgotten. Separate inboxes are easy to create for specific projects, so a good separation of tasks is achievable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Sometimes it can be complicated to integrate external apps into Front but can be done with a little perseverance. There are guides in app but can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tasks can be handed around to relevant team members with simple @ tagging, which streamlines processes, reducing dead time within those processes and making things generally more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best feature is that you can assign emails to yourself and you can also see what emails others have assigned to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love the ability to message my customers without having to make an outbound call. The ease of texting is a much better way to keep customers informed. Customers also appreciate the flexibility to reach a dedicated contact Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I don't like that it keeps your messages in multiple locations. Also, when the system won't send your message. There is no warning the system is not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's solving the need to make an outbound phone call. Most customers are working and don't have the time to stop and take a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
