What do you like best about Front?

Sharing inboxes across your organization should be easy. With so many mail programs on the market, one would think this feature had been addressed many times over. Front is the most complete solution making this capability a reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I wish there were more options available by right clicking an email from your inbox. Many times I want to do something more than archive or snooze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the product to share a common inbox with the quoting team. RFQ's are sent to one email. Now they can be assigned and reassigned to individuals without losing any history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I like front because it aims to redefine how teams collaborate on email. What do you dislike about Front?

What do you like best about Front?

The most helpful tool with front is being able to tag in teammates to review, discuss, or ask for edits with emails before sending off to clients. Usually with competitors you have to forward an email back in forth but this cuts right to the chase and is super effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I can't think of anything I dislike about front. Its a great platform. Maybe the only thing is the times where it lags and the numbers in the inbox are not accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to colloborate so easily with my wider team and management, in a global business across multiple time zones, is one of the most powerful tools I can ever imagine. What do you like best about Front?

What I like best is that I can comment on emails and communicate with my team without having to open a new thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Emails that do not belong together are currently merged. This means that special care must be taken to ensure that no information or emails get lost. Another disadvantage is that when you come back from vacation, your inbox is filled with emails that have already been processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Front is a user-friendly tool that helps in managing my emails easily, effectively, and smoothly. It is an efficient tool for handling customers' requests. Front is also a great tool that helps in team collaboration and I like that we can tag our team internally to get updates without forwarding the same email to them. What do you dislike about Front?

There are some issues where the assigning of emails is not balanced (one teammate has more emails than the other teammate). There are also some issues when trying to locate archived emails because the keyword search doesn't work great in some situations. I also don't like when you use Front in your mobile phone because it's not good to use it on mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At our organization, every team member has a Front access, which keeps everyone in the loop. Front had been a game-changing tool for us to connect with the team efficiently and stay updated while working remotely with certain peers residing in different time zones and varied work hours. Our team appreciates the ability to tag each other in the email thread to discuss the problem and give comments or suggestions, allowing us to interact with our clients more effectively. What do you like best about Front?

Allows users to monitor more than one mailbox at a time within one login, no need to sign in and out between them.

Not very user friendly, new users could feel a bit challenge when using this for first few times. Supports sometimes do not give help full advice when it comes to a know-how issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

It is straightforward and easy to use. Functionalities that can not be found in other email or productivity tool/application is available here. Since using Front I was able to maximize and enjoy working on emails and connecting to my peers for a smoother work. I love that I can save and use templates which makes my job easier.
