I like front because it aims to redefine how teams collaborate on email. The most helpful tool with front is being able to tag in teammates to review, discuss, or ask for edits with emails before sending off to clients. Usually with competitors you have to forward an email back in forth but this cuts right to the chase and is super effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to colloborate so easily with my wider team and management, in a global business across multiple time zones, is one of the most powerful tools I can ever imagine. Emails that do not belong together are currently merged. This means that special care must be taken to ensure that no information or emails get lost. It helps me. No difficulty in checking out what emails are need to address. I use it mostly at work. It's integretion in accessing my email in my workspace is a great help. I use it daily at work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Front is a user-friendly tool that helps in managing my emails easily, effectively, and smoothly. It is an efficient tool for handling customers' requests. Front is also a great tool that helps in team collaboration and I like that we can tag our team internally to get updates without forwarding the same email to them. There are some issues where the assigning of emails is not balanced (one teammate has more emails than the other teammate). There are also some issues when trying to locate archived emails because the keyword search doesn't work great in some situations.
