easy to use, looks very fancy

OOO didn't really work. I had over 300 Mails in my inbox after my vacation

I HATE THAT IF I WRITE AN EMAIL, I EITHER CAN WRITE IT IN WINDOW AND I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ELSE OR I HAVE TO GET IT OUT AND OPEN A NEW WINDOW

What do you like best about Front?

I enjoy the easy integration of tags & rules so that I can easily organize where my emails will get segmented. I also like the permissions feature to allow anyone in my company to answer or monitor emails for me in the event that I am out of office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

They really need to integrate a mobile calendar feature! As far as I know, I don't think it exists. This would help me to see what events or meetings I have for the day if I am on the go & not needing to open up my laptop to see my calendar for the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't know if this feature is available in other mailbox products, but I enjoy the solution of having a conversation with other team members within the platform before an email needs to be sent off. What do you like best about Front?

What do you like best about Front?

My favorite thing about Front is the ability to tag my colleagues in threads, and discuss important details without clogging up the email thread. I also love the snooze function! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

There is not much I dislike about Front, but the merge threads option can be a little confusing at times, especially when I accidentally merge threads and want to separate them later. At this time, I haven't been able to figure out how to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Front has really improved communication with my teammates, especially since we share an inbox and are constantly working on projects simultaneously. Being able to add notes and comments in email threads really helps us out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

If we try to manage our Google Groups in the traditional spot, things get very unwieldy. Utilizing Front allows us to make sense of all the similar threads and assign things directly to people for ownership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I honestly don't have any downsides to Front, but I am also not an admin or terribly technical user, I'm just using inboxes and the assignment feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We send out many billing reminders through Front that would all get attached/threaded together in another system, as they're from the same sender with similar email subject lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
