What do you like best about Front?

I really like that you can edit notes once you have put them in. I also like the way the email and calendar is laid out. I also like that you can comment on the emails instead of replying to them every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Sometimes when emails go back and forth, Front can scramble up the order of the emails, making it confusing to see what the latest updates are. Otherwise, it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to see all notes, emails, and account information is really great. It saves time from going to one program to another just to get the answers you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love the fact that you are able to have conversations around an email without having to go into a separate app to discuss it or having to cc or bcc lots of people into the email. It is way more efficient and allows you to look more professional because you were able to discuss and formulate a more bespoke response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

The only small thing I would change is when you archive emails they are put in order of when the email was received. However, this is not useful if you accidentally archive something from a while ago and then you need to find it again to unarchive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping with problem solving and being able to discuss the specific problem underneath an email or being able to create a discussion helps massively. What do you like best about Front?

Front allows me to organize my emails in a way that works for me. Being able to tag my colleagues on messages and add my thoughts in the comments allows for us to work better and more efficiently. And the SNOOZE feature! I have no idea how I survived without it. The sleek, easy to use interface, ability to create team and personal canned messages, and customized tags and folders are all bonuses as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

This is very minor, but I would like to be able to customize a notification schedule for the app that is different on weekdays and weekends, versus the same schedule every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love that I can create my own private tags for everything & it is so easy to navigate & locate anything you need. I love that the entire team can collaborate together easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Sometimes there are glitches where I see a comment come through, but can't find it or an email takes a while to send/come through. These aren't too bad of issues to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Front is an easy to use yet quite rich and powerful tool that enables streamlined, lean, efficient and collaborative communications between our team and our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Although there is a lot of magic happening in the background to handle Shared (pool) numbers for text, I still haven't found how to define personalized alerts, so I can know when a text is directly sent to me or to a colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By being a complete hub, Front enables us to centralize all of our customer comms, keeping conversations in an orderly manner, giving us the power to instantly share conversations by tagging a team mate, and by giving access to the power of shared mailboxes, never miss a message. What do you like best about Front?

I like that I am able to use app as opposed to using it a browser window. This allows me to keep it up and open on its own. We have to stay online whle working, so we are able to get assigned emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

As we have to be online, it can be a pain to remember to change from out of office to online, when our schedule fluctuates and we cannot have a set schedule put in my our admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front allows us to send secure information to carriers and clients without fear of information being compromised. As we deal with health/Medicare insurance, this is very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I really enjoyed our onboarding process and all the knowledge that we get from the Front team. I also like the update and new capabilitie being made available to continue growing the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I feel that the sync with the general mailbox could use some work. Often times I run into storage issue emails and it is a hassle to open my old email to delete items. On the note of deleted items as well, I'd like Front more if I had an optino to delete all items in my trash folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front has solved the problem with accepting calendar invitations on mobile devices - that is a huge win.
