I really like that you can edit notes once you have put them in. I also like the way the email and calendar is laid out. I also like that you can comment on the emails instead of replying to them every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes when emails go back and forth, Front can scramble up the order of the emails, making it confusing to see what the latest updates are. Otherwise, it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact that you are able to have conversations around an email without having to go into a separate app to discuss it or having to cc or bcc lots of people into the email. It is way more efficient and allows you to look more professional because you were able to discuss and formulate a more bespoke response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only small thing I would change is when you archive emails they are put in order of when the email was received. However, this is not useful if you accidentally archive something from a while ago and then you need to find it again to unarchive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Front allows me to organize my emails in a way that works for me. Being able to tag my colleagues on messages and add my thoughts in the comments allows for us to work better and more efficiently. And the SNOOZE feature! I have no idea how I survived without it. The sleek, easy to use interface, ability to create team and personal canned messages, and customized tags and folders are all bonuses as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is very minor, but I would like to be able to customize a notification schedule for the app that is different on weekdays and weekends, versus the same schedule every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although there is a lot of magic happening in the background to handle Shared (pool) numbers for text, I still haven't found how to define personalized alerts, so I can know when a text is directly sent to me or to a colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I am able to use app as opposed to using it a browser window. This allows me to keep it up and open on its own. We have to stay online whle working, so we are able to get assigned emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that the sync with the general mailbox could use some work. Often times I run into storage issue emails and it is a hassle to open my old email to delete items. On the note of deleted items as well, I'd like Front more if I had an optino to delete all items in my trash folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
