What do you like best about Front?

I really love the "tag" feature to automatically sort and color-code different types of emails that come in. It saves me hours of trying to organize emails manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I'm not a huge fan of the new dark or light settings. It could be because I've gotten used to the half black/half white and now I'm adjusting to change but I prefer the old color settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front is solving the problem of multiple people working out of the same inbox and accidentally grabbing the same email through the "assigned to me" feature. Now, I can grab an email and assign it to myself or write a comment like "on it" and everyone knows they can move on and work on a different email. It really solves the problem of overlap. What do you like best about Front?

It's user-friendly and makes the work easier to collaborate with my colleagues especially in a remote work set-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Bugs. Sometimes, Grammarly doesn't work or doesn't allow me to edit and can be annoying, that made me restart the app at times. CRM emails won't sync orwon't be received on Front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traceabilty. It's easier to track threads and past conversations. Information can now be easily searched and so it makes the user work independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love that I can bring in the correct team members to support or take over a task. Being able to invite and assign has saved us so many forwarded emails and you can keep track even when someone takes over! Making rules has supported my organization of inbound requests and tracking. What do you dislike about Front?

Nothing so far! It took a little getting used to, but now I can't imagine going back to anything else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

The capability to maintain distinct inboxes, access team emails seamlessly, and swiftly locate email threads has notably contributed to the efficiency of my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a traditional email platform, there is typically no access to colleagues' emails or conversations. The remarkable feature of being able to tag each email and easily retrieve them, even if not authored personally, has significantly enhanced the organization of my work. What do you like best about Front?

I really like that front includes automatic prompts to add into any email. I also like that I can tag teammates in my emails to get their input! I also enjoy that I can add folders for different email types. It's like super email! Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I am not shown when I have emails in my extra folders, they do not pop up next to my regular emails so it's hard to remember to look at them but everything else is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

That all the employees have access to every single email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

If you have 2 mailboxes and archive an email in one of them, it is also will be archived in the other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many useful function as snoozing an email and then it popping up as a reminder. That is helpful to not forget.

Instead of texting someone from the company separately regarding client´s email, you can leave an internal comment and that saves your time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

The snooze feature. This allows me to send an email and forget about it until it is back in my inbox. No more to-do lists! I also like the ability to leave internal notes on an email, tag co-workers for visibillity without having to forward an email, and cooperte together on email drafts. Front allows me to not need a to-do list in another application. I can take an internal note on the email, schedule a snooze to be reminded about it later (to check in with the recipient or about the topic), and then send it off! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I like the fact that it is so easy to keep track on your emails with the snooze button and it is an amazing tool for sellers like me beacuse of the sequnce function. I also love the fact that you can tag your collouges in email conversations to get input and that you can assign emails - overall Front is an aamzing tool when it comes to shceduleing and administarting your work - i love it! What do you dislike about Front?

The only thing that is not working or is a bit annoying is that when you have been sending a sequnce and you manually want to delete one email adress you cannot search for it by using ctrl F, you need to go through all the emails addresses (sometimes i am sending sequences to hundreds of people at the same time) to find the one you need to delete. This i rreally time consuming and I would be so help full if the sytem would let you use the search tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front helps me to keep track of all of my ongong business cases with different partners and potential clinets. All the tools such as snoozes, tagging, sequencing etc., makes my job much esier and is a great way to keep track and administarte my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
