It has many tools to help keep organized while being super easy to use at the same time. I use Front almost everyday as it is a big part of my workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't seen many downsides while using it except that it sometimes bounces back emails although the email is active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not great for formatting emails and tables within emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Its ability to generate analytics that are very detailed in many aspects.
- Rules & Configurations with simple implementation yet complex reach.
- Collaboration between the teams and ease of use.
- Number of integrations, though I wish there were more besides using an API for non-existent ones.
- Community-based model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Occasionally, we get issues that need urgent customer support (such as service being down), but we have to wait at least 1 working day for a response.
- With many teams, as an administrator on all teams, the UI becomes too crowded and a bit difficult to navigate.
- There is no ability to group rules or nest them under a folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like how you can organize emails, correspondance and all the features it has. Once I got familiar with the product I saw how seamless it was and was able to switch over from my previous email platform to Front with ease. I enjoy the tag features, the way you can organize emails, the reminders you can set in place, and the snooze feature is genius. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took a minute to wrap my head around how it worked. Compared to what I was previously using, it was very different. The learning curve was a bit more steep than I would have liked, but once you use it for a few days and really delve in, it clicks and you see how forward thinking Front is. Mobile / Web streamline and internal communications on emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its a bit Bit clunky to use. The side bar is not customizable to streamline one's working needs. Search needs working on! Search is very hard and in order to find something, we sometimes go back Gmail for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Handling the e-mail like social network posts and all of its interactions. As for my business since there are 2 companies sharing the network it is really good to keep track of issues and bring the people involved to take action or just be on the loop, without the need to actually navigate through tens of previous e-mails. The notifications which are also inherited from the Social Network model sometimes makes your inbox a nightmare to handle, and if you add this issue with the fact tha there are no folders but tags that work as folders, the organization problem becomes even bigger.
