It makes it super simple to stay on top of your emails, and enables you to collaborate on email responses without having to forward mass chains around the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not entirely sure how the functions in Front (e.g. Snooze / Archive) action your emails in Gmail but I never look at emails through the Gmail client now so not much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can have visibility of both my corporate and personal e-mail in one page. The desktop application is very usser friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could have a way to leave on hold pending e-mails without the snooze option. Flag them to ensure those remain on top without having to go a different tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to have conversations right in my inbox rather than sending even MORE emails back and forth, or communicating on another platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only small gripe is that if more than one person gets the same email and they aren't merged yet, comments will show up in two seperate threads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to @ my coworkers and discuss a customer issue without the customer seeing everything, then having one response, is my favorite feature. Snoozing emails, delay send, tags, dark mode, the APP on my phone and many other features also make it great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love it's user interface and layout. The tags, snooze, and archive button locations are all very well-placed for ease of use and efficiency. It makes dealing with emails a breeze, considering I use Front daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has many tools to help keep organized while being super easy to use at the same time. I use Front almost everyday as it is a big part of my workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
