As a daily user of the app, the most helpful tool Front offers is the "compose with AI" button. This tool has been a game-changer for me, especially when it comes to writing sensitive emails. It not only saves me a significant amount of time but also adds an extra touch of professionalism to my messages.
The tags are another feature I enjoy and are an essential part of my email organization. I appreciate the ability to personalize tags with colors or emojis, as well as the flexibility to make them private or public. Furthermore, the ease with which I can find specific emails using these tags is immensely helpful.
Another aspect of Front that I find particularly useful is the customizable sidebar. Being able to tailor the sidebar to display only the inboxes I need to see allows me to prioritize my workflow efficiently.
By far, Front is the best emailing app because of its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the app is intuitive, making it easy for me to utilize its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None. Great now! First update im not used to and the long chat in the space of front is short and need to scroll first, i was surprised when they made an update then fixed the problem even not told them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* User-friendly and collaborative - I especially like the internal collaboration feature.
* I love that we were able to do Netsuite integration with Front
* I applaud the continuous improvements that are being made like the chat can now be merged with emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- We are still unable to reply via email through the existing chat
- I wish there was a way to organize emails via folders other than tags to make it easier to manage emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Front has made colloborating with my team so much easier. It has allowed my colleagues and I to brainstorm on projects and client deliverables easier than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The calendar is not as great as Outlook. I would like to be able to view my calendar as a sidebar the way I view it on Outlook.
It also sometimes takes time for Grammarly or the autofill contacts to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy how simple it is to use Front to streamline and organize my workflow. As a project coordinator, it helps make managing multiple email accounts so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A challenge I've faced with the app is helping a colleague add an inbox to her account. We've tried trouble shooting, however still never found a solution. I also suggest making improvements to the mobile app as I find it easier to use on the desktop than I do on my phone and I am often on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Front is the email channel that we use at my place of employment. I'm in customer service so we use this app to communicate internally with each other, and for customer support as well. All of our emails stay organized and we can search and filter with ease in order to find what we are looking for. We LOVE the @mention feature in Front and use it frequently. I have yet to find a downside to Front. I love using this app for work purposes and am fully considering creating a personal email using this channel as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially, I approached Front with a hint of skepticism, expecting it to be just another email tool. However, my perception has undergone a positive transformation, and I have not only come to appreciate it but have also become an advocate for Front. It has proven instrumental in facilitating team onboarding and ensuring comprehensive team coverage. Being part of a client-facing team, one noteworthy aspect is the ability to assign other team members to a thread within the team inbox and leave comments on their drafts. This feature streamlines the onboarding process, preventing any lapses in communication and allowing everyone on the team to take a vacation without dropping the ball.
Moreover, I am impressed by Front's "0" inbox mentality and its adeptness at condensing multiple emails into a single thread, consolidating all relevant information in one accessible location. The Front template feature has also won me over, eliminating the need to repetitively type the same content by providing a simple and efficient storage solution. The sole aspect of Front that doesn't resonate with me is the merge conversation feature. Occasionally, it causes confusion regarding the email address to which I am sending my messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favourite Front feature is tagging a co worker under your e-mail. Real time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You cannot tag a person outside of company on e-mail and you cant copy and paste every outlook pattern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many things, from the automation to the case assignment, and most importantly the metrics and insights gained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of a solid thing I dislike about front but we have struggled with users emailing different channels simultaneously Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
