What do you like best about Front?

Actually, the best thing i like about Front is that we can communicate at multiple platforms from this single App at once. Like no need to log-into Gmail account ,easy to keep eye on business mails along with daily tasks simuntaneously. Moreover, its interface is Tech savy and easy to operate, perfect for begineer to industry experts. On the other hand, its integration is logically simple as well and easy to implement also. Last but not least, i use it daily and if i face any problem. Front's customer support is always there to assist me in real mean time with perfect possible soultion. What do you dislike about Front?

My overall experience with Front is great but like others humanly developed apps it have some cons as well. I would like if we can have different color themes in Front ,to make screen colorful to elevate the mood. Since i am Designer, so i would love to have this option in my using application. Moreover, i would like if we can use animated/gif type emojis as well which makes convos more interesting in case of expressing the mood with collegue if some situation occures. While we appreciate the great things you've mentioned about the product, we hear you loud and clear in regards to the feedback about color themes and emojis. Although we recently rolled out the ability for users to switch to dark mode, I do agree that adding color themes and allowing users to include animated emojis on top of the existing emoji selections can do wonders to add your own personality to the Front experience. I'll be sure to provide your feedback to our Product team, as we're very receptive to feedback from users just like yourself!

What do you like best about Front?

I find very useful the way how Front works to reply to our customers as well as the way you can add templates; this makes our work easier and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Most likely the only thing would be that sometimes Front gets frozen or a mesagae regaring enough momery pops up, so in those cases the app needs to be restarted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm sure Front is currently solving several problems as every kind of workflow needs to get constant updates, but I don't know exactly which are those. However, I consider very useful that kind of emails in which we receive information about how to understand the basics of Front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Our team can chat internally on the chain of emails. Also, we can check if the recipient has seen the email or not. I started using the Front Calendar for me and my team and we've loved it completely! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

We have set up some notification rules per teams, but sometimes when a notification rule is use, when you archive the email because it is not meant for you, even mute, it pops up again and you have to keep archiving it.

Also, I've personalized some notifications but they're not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Front:

The thing you will like the most about the software of Front is that you can organize your workspace the way you want, which helps you visualize and manage from your priorities, stuff to do and even your time. It has so many features that allows you to work and share information smoothly with your teamwork. After starting to use Front because of my work, I decided that wouldn't go back to use the different platforms that I used before because Front allows me to organize everything in the same place: emails, sms, calendar, meetings, contacts, daily reports and to-do lists. Only when you start using it you know what you were missing out. It's really hard to compile all the benefits you get because I'm sure I haven't discovered all the different great features it has! Effective and immediate communication, also I can access to almost everyone's emails. It's helpful when I need info from others. I also like that I can organize the sidebar the way I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love the ability that allows me to access and manage everyone's signatures, and message templates.

Setting up new users has never been easier, with the clone another user feature makes the consistency across all our customer support teams the same for everyone. All done by a few clicks of a button and a new user is set up and ready to get to work.

Our customer support team is using this daily and they haven't been so efficient, with the ability to see in an instant what everyone has assigned to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Sometimes when we merge and archive a message, the archive doesn't seem to sync through to the outlook inbox. This is an issue due to we still have a few people in our business needing to access the shared inbox but not on a full time basis.

One of my pet hates is the fact that it doesn't auto capitalise the first word of each sentence like in microsoft word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?
