What do you like best about Front?

Front is very convenient to use. It has all the features you need. All in one! Easy to navigate, you can easily communicate with your workmates and delegate tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delegating tasks. I have several workmates same shift as me and Front helps us to assign tasks accordingly without us doing it all at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Very user friendly and amazing. It promotes accurate and accessible communication between supplier and customers. And it gives very comprehensive instructions and function that can be easily access by the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

- It's a very thoughtful and easy experience to draft and select the necessary response to the ticket.

- I love the AI features to change tone—a lifesaver.

- Be able to link tickets and chat/real-time actions with colleagues (knowing they're reading the ticket or replying). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Since we're a small company, not much. 

But it can easily be overwhelming at busy times since there's not really a 'focus mode' in the web version (that I know of)—all messages can come in real time and pop up in your field of vision when you're already drafting a message—even with pop-outs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer support workflows - that is better than a simple email client with no real-time collaboration options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
