What do you like best about Front?

I love how Front brings all of our communication into one spot! It greatly streamlines how quickly we can respond to the customers and keep our communication organized. Highly recommended and extremely valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I personally don't have any issues currently with Front. They are constantly improving the platform. Every once in a while there will be some type of glitch or something. However their tech team is always quick to get it fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of communicating with team members about different customers and tasks. It allows us to work together to help one customer more quickly. It also allows a "work from home" potential to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

The main thing I love about Front is that it allows me to easily collaborate with my manager. We're a fully remote company so having the ability to tag my manager in emails that I need support on and share copy that we can collaborate back and forth on has been a game changer. I also love that you can set follow up reminders by archiving an email until a set date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

To be honest, there really isn't anything at the moment that I dislike. I guess if there was one thing, I had a hard time figuring out how to mark an email as unread at first. This may be just user error though, since I soon as I figured it out I went, "oh duh!". Overall, I'm a huge fan of Front! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a fully remote company, Front is allowing my team and I to collaborate on customer emails. We also use it for our shared Customer Success email alias. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I love that Front allows my team to manage our support inbox as a remote company that has employees across the country. We often use the comment section under the emails to make sure we can align on a problem before we reply to a message. We can assign messages to individuals based on their level of expertise. What do you dislike about Front?

The one thing I wish would be easier is the sequences, I would like to go back and send the same email to an updated guest list instead of having to create a new sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team uses Front to communicate travel needs for educators who attend our in-person training event. We have a team of five people managing the inbox in three different time zones so assigning the email to people and labeling emails is a great feature we use often. What do you like best about Front?

I love the colloboration and oversight / support that is possible with Front. Before when we were just in Outlook, the amount of eyes and minds that could be leveraged were limited on client work. Now with Front after an easy implementation and adoption process, we are able to support one another and colloborate more seamlessly and provide our clients with better deliverables. It is easy to colloborate with the tagging and @ing / commenting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

The integration between the Outlook calendar and Front is a bit of a roadblock. I still use Outlook to manage my calendar because I prefer the interface more and the ability to book rooms in my office and see when others are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving a previous lack of visibility and colloboration that was not possible in Outlook. If you were not CC'd on an email, you might never know what is going on for a client. Now we all have visibility into all requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
