Top Rated Fringe Alternatives

The fact that Fringe is company-paid makes it even more awesome than it is already. I was so surprised to see how diversified the choices are for spending your points. I spent my first 1000 points on $50.00 for Doordash and $50.00 for Fandango. When you have food delivered at your door after a long day at work or can relax watching a movie in comfort and have food and drinks delivered to your recliner that's the life. Not only do they have Doordash but also Instacart, Shipt and Uber Eats all to make your life a little easier when there just aren't enough hours in a day. In addition to Fandango you can pay for AMC Theatre tickets, Top Golf, Fairway Rewards, Spotify, Sirius XM, Hulu, Paramount and Vudu just to name a few choices to help you relax. I can take a master cooking class with Skill Share, learn step-by-step dance moves with Steezy Studio, learn a new language with Babbel or Rosetta Stone, attend a major sporting event, concert or theatre with Gametime, enjoy vinyl albums each month with Vinyl Me, Please or if feeling like a couch potato I can read ebooks or listen to audiobooks on Scribed. I can save money on airfare using Scott's Cheap Flights membership, save on lodging using Hotels.com or Airbnb and enjoy a relaxing cruise to the islands on Carnival, Royal Caribean or Princess Cruise Lines. If my inner health freak surfaces (usually short-lived) I can take advantage of Neou, Aaptiv-Fitness or Sworkit's. I can even take care of my dog and cat's health issues at discount pricing using expert online telehealth or video chats with qualified veterinarians and pet experts using Pawp, Pet Vet or Eusoh. If necessary I can use Wellthy to give me a connection to family caregiver support that is dedicated care professionals to help tackle the logistics and admin tasks of caring for the ones I love; including myself. Last but not least I can get a new pair of fabulously bizarre socks every month with a subscription to Foot Cardigan. I've just tapped the surface of the many choices available to us for absolutely free. I highly suggest taking a few moments to look at the website and the many ways in which you can spend your points. You'll be pleasantly surprised how much bang you can get for your points. I believe the website itself could use a little work to make the site a bit more user-friendly and esthetically pleasing. I would love to see department store gift certificates on there like Macy's, Dilliard, Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Amazon would be awesome to have points to buy products. Lastly, VISA and possibly gas gift cards should be available by point purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fringe offers access to a wide variety of vendors–whether you're interested in redeeming points for health and wellness, childcare or pets, or ride-sharing/food-delivery services, there are options for all (it's honestly tough to chose!). Fringe is easy to browse and fast to redeem, with users receiving access codes immediately after purchase. It's a great platform that absolutely offers takes the edge off of an expense or two. While minor (and certainly not impactful enough to classify as a dislike), the user must add multiple packages to the cart for the same vendor if opting to use a large (200+) point balance. A solution could be offering an option that captures more points, but it's not necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the best part of Fringe is how easy it is for me a as leader to reward my team with meaningful motivation. They can apply their points towards whatever they would like. For me as an employee, it has given me multiple times where I have been able to use my points for mulitple giftcards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I dislike is the brand selection. While it has improved over the time I have been using Fringe, I do feel there is room for improvement with bringing in more brands to the marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fringe is an incredible perk that makes life so much easier, especially when it comes to food delivery. The platform is extremely user-friendly, offering a wide range of options that are perfect for any situation. I've personally used Fringe several times when I was sick, and it saved me from the hassle of cooking. It was also a lifesaver when my parents were unwell and I was traveling for work—I could easily send them meals with just a few clicks.
The ease of use is what truly stands out. Whether I'm ordering food, choosing a meal kit, or even treating myself to a spa day with a gift card, Fringe makes the entire process seamless. I’ve even booked hotels through the platform! The variety of services available is fantastic, and it’s all laid out in such an intuitive way. I can't imagine not having this as part of my benefits package—it’s been a real game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really can't think of anything, its such a nice perk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the ability to save up the points and then using it for a bigger thing. So far that's what I have been using it for, it really helps with travel plans. But I also like that there's flexibility in terms of what I can use it for because sometimes if I don't need it for travel I can just use it for spas, or even clothing which is really nice. Plus, when I redeem the points I get an instant confirmation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really nothing bad about Fringe. Maybe having a mobile app would be nice and eaasier to browse through the offerings but I can do it on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part about Fringe is that I'm able to choose when and how I want to make my benefit points work for me. I frequently take advantage of the Airbnb option as well as food delivery services, which makes my life that much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface isn't difficult to use, but it could be slightly more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Fringe is its user-friendly platform that allows for customizable benefits tailored to individual needs. The rollover points system is also a highlight, enabling me to save for larger rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, the communication about updates could be clearer, as important changes sometimes go unnoticed. Additionally, while the platform is mostly intuitive, navigating certain features can be a bit cumbersome for less tech-savvy users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fringe is a comprehensive and easily navigatible platform. I like that I am able to rollover points if I'd like to save up for something on a larger scale or as soon as I have points I can redeem them and instantly have my selection to use. My employer has used Fringe for two years now and it suits a wide variety of employees all while streamling the process for the city's human resources department. I've used Fringe a few times in the past two years and it's never let me down! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside to Fringe is the point categories where you sometimes have to leave an amount of points on the table to rollover unless you are willing to use them and supplement with cash to redeem a larger value reward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fringe is a great way to show appreciation to employees - the vast variety of companies or products offered are incredible - I use it often - mainly for airline points to travel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
