I think the best part of Fringe is how easy it is for me a as leader to reward my team with meaningful motivation. They can apply their points towards whatever they would like. I really like the ability to save up the points and then using it for a bigger thing. So far that's what I have been using it for, it really helps with travel plans. But I also like that there's flexibility in terms of what I can use it for because sometimes if I don't need it for travel I can just use it for spas, or even clothing which is really nice. Fringe is a comprehensive and easily navigatible platform.
