Manage Incidents and communicate status updates in realtime with your teams and customers. New features in Freshstatus 3.0 include: 1. Authenticate users with SSO/SAML : Setup SSO for your team so they can access their Private status page with their company credentials. 2. API for CRUD Incident and Scheduled Maintenance, Incident updates. 3. Quick Service Status Change: Change service status without creating an Incident or Scheduled Maintenance. 4. Customise your Email Alerts: On popular demand, now you can customize the “from” & “reply-to” email addresses and DKIM settings. You can also change the look & feel of these emails along with its content. 5. Subscriber Alerts with RSS/ATOM - Get update notifications as RSS/ATOM feed. 6. Webhook Integrations - Subscribers can set up their own Webhook integrations to connect with any channel they like and receive regular updates. 7. Follow an Incident: Your end users have the option to follow a particular Incident or Scheduled Maintenance of the service that affects them the most. 8. Dynamic Date and Time : Status page will now show Date and Time based on the user’s Browser settings. Freshstatus allows you to setup unlimited services, Incidents and Maintenance updates and lets you have up to 250 subscribers, 5 users & unlimited internal team members.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

Freshstatus offers an exceptional amount of features and customizations even on the free plan, which is fantastic for smaller companies like us. Comparable products from their competitors are lacking functionality and customization abilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

We can't seem to customize all CSS aspects of the page (we're fans of the dark theme and couldn't seem to get the text lighter on a black background). We were hoping to get the CSS to match our website exactly, but had to settle for a light theme instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

Freshstatus is another of the many Freshworks services that is particularly useful if you use other Freshworks services as it includes integrations with Freshdesk and Freshping. The service has all the basic features needed to manage a status page and incidents in his free plan. And add another premium features if you pay for superior plans.

The functionality that allows you to publish a web page with the status of the services and the possibility for customers to subscribe to a newsletter to be notified in case of updates is very convenient and interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

There aren't many integrations available.

Among the most useful is the one with Twitter, Freshdesk and Freshping, but there are no integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams.

The integration with Slack or Microsoft Team which would be particularly useful is missing but cooming soon.

An integration with Google G-Suite (Google Workspace) and the service included, like Google Chat is another integration i like to see.

Unlike other Freshworks services, there is no internal chat (Freshconnect) to communicate with your colleagues.

There is not even a support chat with assistance, but this could be related to the fact that I am using a free plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

The fact that anyone can subscribe themselves to receive e-mail notifications for specific services, which reduces administration efforts for our staff dramatically!

Also, the integration with freshping is the most valuable feature for us since downtimes are being alerted automatically, which again reduces efforts for us dramatically!

On top of that, the solution is straightforward to use and looks pretty nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use this tool as a central communication platform to announce upcoming deployments, maintenances, outages, etc.

Freshstatus has a clean and easy to use interface, and the setup is a breeze. It's also really simple to setup a custom domain, and the documentation is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

Freshstatus is limiting when it comes to free features. While I understand that you need to be ROI positive, it would make it a lot more of a positive user experience if there weren't taunting messages saying that I need to upgrade. There are also issues with SSL that cause full screen browser error messages that are a bit off-putting to my users, and I'm hoping to get this cleared up with Freshstatus support. Freshstatus helps me alert customers when our services have issues, which gives peace of mind and helps them know what's going on and how we're trying to fix service issues.
