Authenticate users with SSO/SAML : Setup SSO for your team so they can access their Private status page with their company credentials. 2. API for CRUD Incident and Scheduled Maintenance, Incident updates. 3. Quick Service Status Change: Change service status without creating an Incident or Scheduled Maintenance. 4. Customise your Email Alerts: On popular demand, now you can customize the “from” & “reply-to” email addresses and DKIM settings. You can also change the look & feel of these emails along with its content. 5. Subscriber Alerts with RSS/ATOM - Get update notifications as RSS/ATOM feed. 6. Webhook Integrations - Subscribers can set up their own Webhook integrations to connect with any channel they like and receive regular updates. 7. Follow an Incident: Your end users have the option to follow a particular Incident or Scheduled Maintenance of the service that affects them the most. 8. Dynamic Date and Time : Status page will now show Date and Time based on the user’s Browser settings. Freshstatus allows you to setup unlimited services, Incidents and Maintenance updates and lets you have up to 250 subscribers, 5 users & unlimited internal team members.

You have nothing to lose, even the free tier is amazing and allows you to test out the benefits. It is so easy to set up, integrate and use. It also integrates with their other amazing products like FreshPing. The ability to connect with Twitter means you can keep your staff and your entire client base notified of your system status, updates, and the final resolution. What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

Seems to be free to get started, which is workable. There's an easy UI and it's easy to set up and begin using out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feels like a complete solution for a problem that almost no one has, which is to provide status updates. This should simply be table stakes and doesn't feel like it needs a separate product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

From signing up to getting it working took no time at all and I had a basic company status page up and running in around 20 minutes. The interface is clear and very intuative and whilst I am still very new to Freshstatus it does many of the things I am wanting and I'm sure it will be very much appreciated by our end users as a means of keeping them updated on upcomming maintenance and also provide us with better incident management and reporting. What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

I would like to see upcomming maintenance made a little more prominent on the status page as currently its at the bottom and you need to click into it to see what's there. I am however still new to Freshstatus so what I am wanting may already be possible and I just haven't found it yet.

It's also not obvious if it is possible to also report the status of 3rd party systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 etc.... Integrations such as this would be a great addition (If it doesn't do it already) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

Clean, easy-to-understand UI, which makes it easy to see the current service status of a product or platform.

We have been using FreshStatus for some time now, which has proved to be an essential tool allowing us to communicate planned maintenance and incidents should they occur.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

The application is feature-rich, even for the free account. It allows smaller companies to grow before spending a lot more out of pocket. This is the best status notification application I have seen so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I haven't found anything that I haven't liked yet. Yes, the free account has the "Powered by" wording, but FreshStatus offers a free service, so I expect that to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
