The most helpful thing about Freshstatus is seeing what is going on in real-time when you integrate with Freshping.

It's really quick and easy to set up Freshstatus. As a small site, we want to focus on the development of our site, not spending hours setting up additional service, so the speed at which we could get Freshworks up and published was a great benefit to us. There is nothing that I dislike at the moment. The platform is super well thought out and gives me the features and control I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to set up and configure. What I love is that it's possible to change the status of a service without having to create an incident for it; this comes in handy for quick server restarts at 3 am without wanting to cause too much noise. A few features are missing. For example, the SSO authentication for the public status page is great, but users that try to log in have to have a subscriber account, or else the authentication fails. Unfortunately, not all users register an account in advance. This makes the SSO feature pretty much useless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshstatus provides an almost instant setup and linking to the subdomain. The UI is intuitive and easy to use. It integrated well with our current tools and was the best status page service we have used so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't find anything wrong with Freshstatus - everything works as it should. However, they do not provide SSL certificates for subdomains just yet. It would be nice to see this resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
