So far still learning, but i like that I can basically mirror my venders status page in one location as well as present the data in a way that shows when they are working we are, and when they go down, we go down, its a team effort, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've just recently started using Freshstatus but it is incredibly easy to configure. Changing the status of a service is fast and easy. I'm excited about the integration with Freshping, so some of our mission critical services can have their status updated automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've noticed that with the Freshping integration it sometimes takes quite awhile to update the status of a service that is down, I would like to see those updates occur much faster. Since Freshping can check the status of services every 1 or 5 minutes, I think it would be acceptable for Freshstatus to pick up the service availability after 2 checks. So, if the service is being checked every minute, after 2 minutes of failed checks the status could be updated, or if set to 5 minutes, then the service status is updated in Freshstatus after 10 minutes. Or, perhaps it could be configurable by the user.
I would also like to see the ability to embed Freshstatus content on our website and maybe the ability to embed only a portion of it. At this point, the functionality doesn't exist, but my understanding is that it is coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using this service for about 3 months and it's really amazing.
firstly almost all is free unlike competitors of the same style.
Secondly the site and the interface is really easy to use and there are a lot of functions, like the complete customization of your page or even using a custom domain. Your users can subscribe to a kind of newsletters and receive an email when one of your services is offline. You can also tweet all your outages directly by just clicking a button. I could say so many other things but I'll stop there.
