Freshsales is truly a robust and powerful platform. It's intuitive and easy to use. Freshsales not only has a wide breadth of features but each feature/module has a lot of depth to it as well. As a small business, we need one program that does it all, and Freshsales is it. Also their support is on point - helpful and prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although they have a robust analytics platform where you can generate tons of custom reports, I wish it was just a little bit easier to build reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and setup is what I like the most about Freshworks products- Freshdesk, Freshcaller, etc. You can setup and get started in a giffy. The system is easy to use and basic operations can be picked up easily by the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshsales is incredibly user friendly compared to other CRMs available; of all those I've used, Freshsales has enabled the greatest speed to confidence. Combining ease of use with an abundance of features has made it possible to shape Freshsales into a CRM that fits exactly what we need. Really easy initial setup and configuration for what we needed. Free trial was a real boon, and the ability to reduce the trial to the plan we intended buying. Feature set good and sales sequences are really powerful. Customer support was outstanding, helping me through my questions and were genuinely interested in our sucess. Not a lot to dislike really. Freddy the AI engine, does give us some insights that are probably a bit optimistic and being able to adjust the admission rules for a sales sequence after its created would be helpful, but not a show stopper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We tested a wide array of CRMs from the biggest names to smaller niche options. After a thorough process over a year we decided to proceed with FreshSales for a number of reasons. We found it to be a much better fit for our requirements - a sensible balance of powerful tools, unencumbered by some of the unnecessary features of more expensive platforms.
For users it has proven easy to learn and to use. For Admins the implementation was simple and after some excellent support from the FreshSales team we have our reporting setup just the way we want it.

There isn't a lot to dislike. If I'm being really picky I might suggest a wider array of training materials to get started with some of the more advanced features like setting up reports and so on.
