For me personally I use the analytics part for freshsales the most, I like how flexible it is to use and the advantages of creat new data driving decision from it. The email campaign capability also do help me and my team Target the right targets at the right time. The best thing I would say is for sure the ease of use just with a simple clicks and filtering you are set you and ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing go don't like it when you create a view for your contact there isn't a way to export that same view without recreating the same as a segment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Freshsales is that I can use features like its filtering landpage and segment my leads in a specific way every day in my work, helping me improve my activity and KPIS. I can send bulk welcome emails to my clients giving them a heartwarming welcome or disclosing new information. It is so easy to use, very intuitive when logging in, I also appreciate the integration it has with Aircall to make calls and keep a history in the accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows easy visualization of sales processes, including the creation of pipelines that help to close sales very easily. The application offers exceptional support and has helped me make numerous adjustments to the sales system. With its numerous advantages and attractive interface, it is definitely a powerful tool. I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem.
Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money.
Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me.

Freshsales has a very easy user interface allowing users to learn the platform quickly and use maximum features. The best part is the drag and drop functionality. The customer support is also quick and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CRM systems are more or less all the "same" - right ? WRONG. Having a small business we need:
- simple UI
- intuitive usage
- Web based approach
- Integration with other systems (like Microsoft 365)
- good customer support
Implementation was super simple since it is web based ,
ABOVE ALL: the customer service is amazing always fast helpful and constantly helping wherever needed

The support team even during the free trial were amazing, naturally you think the support would drop off when you get handed to the on boarding team or when you are onboarded but we always have had dedicated staff who email back quickly, aren't afraid to jump on a call or even help build automations/filters for you.
Handing over from our old crm and the ease implemention of Freshsuite was super easy and handled really well, we were combining mulitiple databases and they helped with that too. The software is super easy to use. The features available for the price are great and the sales team actually use it every day unlike our old CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you're on annual billing, any addons you need you have to pay the annual up to the end of your cycle even if its only going to be a month or two you use them for. This applies to email marketing limits, users and workflows (automatiosn) too which is super niggly. So even though theres a discount for annual it can bite you pretty hard if you need an extra seat for a month or extra workflows for a month etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
